In racing and life we like to push it to the limit. It’s all about acceleration, top speeds, revving our engines and achieving our best lap. But often times, we fail to slow down, finesse around each curve; slowly accelerating out so we can hit our straightaways with max purpose. Our tires need to grip; the g-force needs to balance us so we can follow the proximity and guidelines of the tracks we race around. We absolutely LOVED filming this episode, and we learned many new things. So tune in as this episode we talk about them.

The Concept of Co-creation - Episode 7: Adamastor takes shape and the client participates
The client will be invited to visit the Adamastor factory, to meet the development engineer and the product designer and work on the last details of the car. A few components - already developed and manufactured by Adamastor - (ex: bumpers, diffuser, grilles ...) will be shown to the client, and he/she can embody them on the car configuration.
The meeting will begin with the sketching phase, where more detailed, meticulous and precise sketches of the car will be made. Next, the sketches will evolve to a 3D scale model. The 3D model will be made of technical clay, which allows more flexibility when shaping new forms. The client will even be able to make changes directly in the clay model. This model will then be scanned using a 3D scanner, to make sure that final shape is the one being actually crafted.
From this co-creation effort, it will be possible to begin the 3D rendering work, where the client will be able to get an exact view of the last version of his Adamastor, and give the last inputs. Once the final version is defined, the model will go through
a set of Computer Fluids Dynamics (CFD) simulations, to optimize the aerodynamic performance.
