Today’s work consisted of:
1️⃣ Machine Glute kickbacks
3️⃣ Glute focused Back Extensions
4️⃣ Slider Hamstring curls
I know #3
might look really strange to some of y’all, but I learned how to do these properly at the @glutelabofficial
You have to go super low (face almost touching the machine lol) while keep your back curved the entire time.
This was my last round and I couldn’t hold the dumbbell any longer 😫😰 If you’re looking to build your cakes or work on changing overall body composition I’ll be accepting more clients in the week to come.
