Supersex for massive ARMS
Close grip preacher curls 12x with peak contraction and not full range of motion down (because close gril and not full range of motion is focused on top of short head of biceps )
Overhead cable rope extensions (Best exercise for long head of triceps, here is the best to stretch and full range of motion to get the blood in right place )
Why this two exercises? Because most of the people don't train peak of biceps and don't use contraction and tempo and the same with triceps, most people don't train long head and if they train they don't do full range of motion cause they are choosing too heavy weight)

These 3 core moves might not look like much but I promise you it’s harder then it looks. You will definitely feel each one of these moves! 3 rounds, 10-20 reps. 10 reps on the first movement with a 2 second count per leg.

1.5 years from first pic to second 👀👀 same shirt, same room.... two very different people. standing in at around 30 pounds more from where I started. (112 - 142) before I got into weights, I was an extreme introvert with very little to no self confidence. I was scared of what people thought of me and never thought I was good enough. Over the past year and a half or so, I haven’t just changed physically, but had a major change of heart about the world around me. I found confidence I never had and found new hobbies I never thought I’d enjoy. This journey is just starting and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!
