When I was in middle school I had the biggest traps of all the other kids my age. When people asked how I got them I always shrugged my shoulders and said “I don’t know🤷♂️”
BAHAHA well look at me shrugging away now 🤣
Shrugs, upright rows (high pulls) and power cleans (a great way to combine both shrugs and upright rows) are some of my favorite ways to hit the traps. I don’t do power cleans as much as I used to now that I’m bodybuilding. So I’ve been incorporating a lot more shrugs and upright rows. #GiveItGo

Wanted to get the first set beltless and sleeveless but I was feeling quite beaten up so I couldn’t even grind out on the 6th rep 😔 (3rd video), 5 reps is still a beltless, sleeveless PR but feels quite inferior to what I felt I had in me.
It doesn’t really bother me so much cause I suck at reps on the Squat, and shit happens 💁🏻

- Single Arm Pulldowns 4x10
- Hammer Curls 4x8
- Barbell Curls 4x10
- Bar Rows 5x10
- Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 4x12

1️⃣ Cable Tricep Extensions. 4 sets until warm didn’t really count reps. Say about 15 at a moderate weight. Focus on squeeze at the back🔙
2️⃣ DIPS. Bodyweight 4 sets go about 10 reps✔️
3️⃣ Behind head cable curls. 4 sets 10 reps each arm. These are very good for completely contracting the bicep. Imagine like you are getting your pinky behind your head! These will burn if you have never tried them🔥
4️⃣ superset with 🔝 reverse tricep pressdown. 4 sets about 12 reps. Underhand grip and focus on the squeeze👍
5️⃣ Dumbbell Bicep Curls. 4 sets 8 reps. Progress in weight each set and if needed swing a bit to get it to the top but CONTROL on the way down (the negative portion of the rep will break down the muscle and help lead to gains🥄 also twist at the top of the movement and try to get your pinky to touch the front of your shoulder this will isolate the bicep🥊
6️⃣ Skullcrushers on incline bench right into close grip press. 4 sets 8 reps each set. These are great for the triceps and will give you a great pump👀
7️⃣ Rope Cable Curls. 4 sets 10 reps. Focus on twisting the rope at the top of the rep. This will help engage the bicep even more✍️
8️⃣ Rope Tricep Cable Extensions kneeling down. 4 sets about 10 reps. Kneeling will help stabilize core better and not bring other muscles into play. Just focus on the tricep👍

This is what I’m currently doing to bring my baby arms up. Keep the rest time under a minute. The fight’s not over yet! Little update with the page and things going on in life: Work has me pretty busy and still haven’t found someone I can reliably have around to do photos and videos and I don’t want to put content out that isn’t high quality. One reason you guys haven’t seen the gym memes lately is because honestly that’s not what I’m about and it was meant as a way to fill in time since I thought I had the time to get things out there and launched the way I’d like them. Again, I won’t put anything out there that isn’t something I stand behind completely. I am currently training for the Army reserves as I will be going through boot camp and OCS. (pending paperwork) So I think I may transition the page to reflect that type of training and advice for those who are wanting to do something similar.
