CFC Coaches Alert 💥 We’re happy to announce that this OG of a CrossFit Coach and fun & creative walking book of warmups, has also been officially added to the CFC coaching staff. A little bit about Jodi: - Started Crossfit 8 years ago. - In 2012, she began her Crossfit coaching career and has never looked back. - She is a certified Level 2 Crossfit Trainer and is Crossfit Kids certified. - Currently studying to become a certified Level 3 Crossfit Trainer. - She is experienced in coaching other various fitness classes, including Step, Slide (remember that :-) ) and Spin. - Her fitness background began as a ballerina. - Jodi danced with the Richmond Ballet and its Company from the age of 8 to 21.
