other than my main meals posted was a satsuma, an apple (forgot to photo), a banana, a strawberry and lime cider (from Aldi, vegan and very good!) a yogurt, three digestive thins, and a caramel wafer bar. My approach to the loose slimming world plan, now that I'm not a member, is to treat myself when it feels right and to not when I don't need it. Because of this, there are many days in the week where I don't have "syns" or I have less than five, and then I treat myself at the weekend. I'm proud of myself this weekend because I've had treats in a very balanced, control and mindful way ☺️ and today's #bodymagic
