Creamy chicken pesto pasta last night, a slight cheat of using garlic quark instead of cream at 2 syns per potions. Added olives, peppers, onions, chilli and tomatoes 🍅
Back on plan today 🙌 it's been difficult as it was last round of vaccinations for the bubba which Is always emotionally hard. He then spent all day being so clingy that I found it hard to get anything done. I didn't cave though, just made sure what I did make was super simple! Really need to claw it back in time for weigh in on Thursday! ***
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - Bacon, cheese and mushroom omelette
Dinner- Aldi 5% meatballs 1 syn and pasta
Snacks - Pink and white x 2 5 syns, Mini Calippo 4 syns *** Ending the day on 10 syns ***
So feeling abit crappy after a night of alcohol on Saturday and that kick ass Chinese last night, which also included a bag of prawn crackers... left out of the picture 🤦🏼♀️ but now it’s time to refocus!
This week I’m going to bump up the gym and try for some SP days! When I went out on Saturday I worn a dress I haven’t had on in a year and felt great for it! Those little NSV are he best feeling ever!

Fail day! 😫 And when I fail I do it well! Excuses, excuses but I'm just super shattered and when I'm tired, my willpower is practically non-existent! The baby has hit a sleep regression phase and is waking as much as a Newborn. Trying to eat well always falls by the wayside when all I can think of is bedtime 😴 Im hoping to get an early night tonight and start afresh tomorrow. I won't bother with the breaskfast/lunch/dinner etc as apart from a SW breakfast, it was all pretty crap! I did stick to Syn free meat at a BBQ and a wholemeal roll for my burger but the extras and picky bits and desserts also crept on to my plate!
