I got nervous at first as a #montessorieducator especially at “we’ve been teaching the same thing for the past 200 years”. But wait for it... 🙌🏽 yes. I might be basically living at low-income levels, but my career is still #onpoint . #thisiswhywemontessori even though it’s over 100 years old. It still hits these critical soft skills. Especially for 0-3, where zero formal academics are happening in the classroom

I was going back through pictures that needed to be framed, and I haven't printed pictures since before Remington was born, hence why I came across this one. When he was born we were living in a hotel for 6 months in between duty stations for my husband to complete a training.
Bringing a newborn home to a hotel room was an experience. There were pros and cons, but one thing is for sure, it was TIRING. No matter where you are, newborns can really take a lot out of you when it comes to caring for them. Not that it's not worth it, because it 100% is, but it IS tiring.
Do you ever think back to a time when you once thought you were exhausted, but now you think back thinking it was nothing? 😂🤷♀️
There was one final exam specifically in college that I studied WEEKS for. When that exam finally came, I swore I would never again and had never been that tired. YALL. I gotta laugh. I never knew exhausted until I had kids.

Günaydıın 🌅 Dün akşam kahve içtiğim için gece bir türlü uykum gelmedi ama yine de erken (06:00) uyanmayı başardım, siz siz olun akşam kahve içip güzelim uyku düzeninizi bozmayın... Bu arada bugünkü çalışmamda yine matematiğe ağırlık vereceğim, birkaç gün böyle devam edecek sanırım 🙆🏼 Herkese iyi çalışmalar 💫

Off to my presentation!
I'm often too lazy to use makeup, but when I do, I feel so much more prepared. Why am I so lazy? I need to change that...
