Ok, so my two bottom lines for the day are EXERCISE on the daily in some form or fashion and STOP hating people of ANY color ESPECIALLY those that are not exactly like you. BE GENUINE and NEVER FAKE and take the time to know all GREAT PEOPLE regardless of their backround or upbringing. TREAT PEOPLE as part of the HUMAN RACE.
