I T’ S A P A S S I O N 💃🏻 Late Saturday night, around 10PM, we drove to Richmond to do a gym session and I was so unmotivated. I asked Thygan if it was necessary to train, can we not wait until tomorrow? And guess what, it was one of my better workouts! Don’t let your mind play with you, put in the work when you least want to and the results will come much faster.
15 minutes Cross trainer ✅
15 minutes Step master machine ✅ -
5️⃣ Minutes skipping rope
1️⃣ Minute Burpees
1️⃣ Minute Mountain climbs 👆🏻 Do one set of the three exercises, 1 minute rest. Four rounds and I promise you that every single muscle in your body will be on fire 🔥
