I T’ S A P A S S I O N 💃🏻 Late Saturday night, around 10PM, we drove to Richmond to do a gym session and I was so unmotivated. I asked Thygan if it was necessary to train, can we not wait until tomorrow? And guess what, it was one of my better workouts! Don’t let your mind play with you, put in the work when you least want to and the results will come much faster. 15 minutes Cross trainer ✅ 15 minutes Step master machine ✅ - 5️⃣ Minutes skipping rope 1️⃣ Minute Burpees 1️⃣ Minute Mountain climbs 👆🏻 Do one set of the three exercises, 1 minute rest. I spent the back end of last year being put out every time I told someone I was on a #diet and they weren’t surprised... I stepped on the scales on #january 2nd and they were 16st 2/101 kilos... so happy to have got it back down so quickly through #eatingright #watchingwhatieat and #exercising . This project has been an amazing experience. It has tested my patience, it has tested my weaknesses but it has also made me better. Through the struggles I’ve found strength. Fitness is like a mirror image of life you go through your ups and downs and it’s up to you to either lay on your back and take it or really work for what you really want. A 5k run in 35 minutes. My aim is to achieve it in 30 minutes, so my 10k takes 60 minutes by the end of this year. I’m not planning on running half or full marathons because I’m a lazy person and I feel 10k is sufficient running to be fit. I’m also not planning on competing because I run to meditate, not be annoyed with runners blocking my route. Give me a country trail/ park and I’m super happy running on it.
