Taipei's Xinyi Shopping District, this time during the daytime. On the background, the Cathay Landmark, eighth tallest building in Taiwan. When involved in group activities, we might feel overwhelmed and hesitant to speak out. We fear that what we have to say may not be appropriate or valuable enough for the discussion. However, I found out that most of the times these worries are unfounded, as we always tend to overestimate ourselves. Challenging situations like these should be taken as big projects: making the first step is the key for a smooth outcome.
