"How often should I stretch?" seems to be the most frequently asked question (right after "where is your spine") regarding flexibility. I often have an impression that people expect a specific answer such as: 3 times a week for 2h.
I will not give you that answer. 😶
Each of us is specific and not only when it comes to personality or appearance but also about how our body works.
If you start your adventure with stretching, then I recommend to find an experienced instructor who will give you basic tips.

It doesnt have to be a battle - feed yourself the most vibrant food you can closest to its natural state as possible. Find an activity you love that gets your body moving. And dedicate some time to do things just for yourself that light you up and make you feel refreshed!
What can you change today to show yourself a bit more love ?
I can honestly say this week has been great fun- after four days of hard work writing I spent two days meeting totally inspiring and uplifting people. I am being excited by the journey I am on- one connection leads to another and I cannot always predict week to week what is going to happen. As I continue my academic journey I have been so fortunate to meet such incredible people from all walks of life who are either sharing their story or their wisdom to go into my pages- each one of them like another lightbulb on my own private billboard. You only connect by connecting yourself and travelling out of your comfort zone, but one thing I have realised is that whether or not it’s glamorous or exciting, learning new facts or skills is what living is about! We know from medical research that new environments, skills and socialising can add years to our lives. The sooner you start enriching your life the more you will benefit!
Todays inspirational post. They say if people are speaking against you when you've done them no wrong, when people find reasons to become your enemy/frienemy, when people discourage your dreams, when people steal your ideas, when people copy you.....it is all because they believed in you, in your product or your movement. .
Some people cant stand you when you do something for others and they do things only for themselves. Sometimes people believe in you so much they cling to you to take from you and theh do all they can to try and own your plans and desires. This is because they limited themselves to believe they could do the same on their own. Because they know deep inside the couldnt because they are not in it for love but prosperity. And thats how they cut themselves short.
Dont be upset when people are against you pretending sometimes for YEARS to be with you. They cling to the very thing they could never create within themselves. Know that you can recreate again. Let them have their glory, let them try to shame you, let them be against you because they are not changing your path with that energy unless you welcome that change. They only change their own path in negative ways. It cant affect you without your permission. .
Some of you ask me, how to start loving yourself. I'm sure there are many different paths shifting our love energy forwards ourselves (feel free to share in comments🙏) 🌹 One of the many things that helped me start the practice of self-love was to realize that I'm not doing it with the selfish reasons.
I do it for others.
If I really do care for others, self- love is essential because I can only give to the world what I already have.
Everything I do in life affects not only me. I radiate with the energy that I am. Every single act of love towards myself is at the same time an act of love directed to other beings. Then again, every negative energy I give to myself affects others.
I deeply feel that self-love is a medicine for this planet 🙏🌱
