Remembering my last bounce-back and staying inspired 🌟
On the left was the day I found out i was pregnant with Kenna. On the right, she was about a year old.
I have about 30 lbs to lose still after my pregnancy with Aria. She's already 5 months old, and I plan on hitting my goals sooner than 6 months from now for sure.
But that's going to require hard work and dedication! A fitness plan, a nutrition plan, and breaking all the bad habits that have crept back in. (One thing I've learned is a plan is absolutely necessary, even if just short term!)
