As the song goes “You gotta roll with it, You gotta take your time, You gotta say what you say, Don’t let anybody get in your way.”
Divorce is a difficult time to deal with and shifting your perspective and attitude during the divorce helps. Fear of the future keeps one stuck in the past and prompts mind chatter and paints a bleak picture of the future. This negative attitude is unhelpful and leaves one powerless.
🌟🌟 Hence the reason you need to invest the time in learning to shift perspective and be future focused. It’s hard work but achievable. A lot of the work I do with clients is working with them to help them shift perspective, let go of the past and change their attitude so they can focus on the changes they need to make. #coachingcanhelp

KEYBOARD WARRIORS: In separating couples, virtual communications can often be used as a means of verbal abuse. The faceless nature of texting and messaging platforms can often lead us to say things we don’t mean – but texts leave a lasting trail of impact. Berger Kordos Lawyers reminds you to think before you text this holiday season – old messages can often complicate family law cases. #bergerkordoslawyers #familylaw #family #divorce

Citing the need to be transparent for the “young girls who look up to (her)”, Nigerian celebrity gossip blogger Linda Ikeji took to her blog within the past 24 hours to reveal images of her toddler son and share the identity of his father, Sholaye Jeremi. She did not stop there. In what can best be described as an exposé, she also revealed the details of her relationship with her “baby daddy” including his treatment towards her. “He treated me with so much hate and aggression that I and my family had to cut him off completely,” she said. “…this one is done and dusted. It’s just Jayce and I now moving forward…,” she concluded.
Before you read relevant excerpts from her very long exposé, here are my thoughts about her action:
1. Linda Ikeji claims she is revealing the identity of her baby daddy and the details of their relationship because of the“girls who look up to (her).” I don’t believe her. I believe she simply made a preemptive move because someone else was ready to spill the details of her relationship with her baby daddy. Knowing this, Ikeji beat the person to the publishing button and in doing so sent a clear message that she controls her narrative, and is the one to primarily profit from her story, not the other way around... “Jon Gosselin Wins Temporary Custody Of His Troubled Son Collin -
The hearing was expected to be a tense face-off between Jon and his ex-wife Kate, but surprisingly, Kate did not appear in court that day and her lawyer did not appear on her behalf. The hearing lasted for about an hour, and by 10:30 a.m., Jon emerged from the courtroom and seemed elated at his victory. “He looked really happy,” the insider said. Jon and Kate, 43, have been involved in a very nasty custody battle over their eight children — 18-year-old twins Cara and Maddy and 14-year-old sextuplets Hannah, Collin, Aaden, Leah, Alexis, and Joel. He has been open in the past about how much he missed from his children’s childhoods because Kate was awarded primary custody in their divorce, but now that the children are older, it seems like it’s getting easier for Jon to spend more time with his kids. Earlier this year, Jon gained custody of 14-year-old daughter Hannah and she lives permanently with her dad Jon. Meanwhile, Collin has spent the last two years away seeking treatment at a facility for children, which is a decision that his mother Kate said was a difficult one for her to make. But now that Collin is gearing up to be released from the treatment facility soon, it looks like he’ll be going straight to his dad Jon’s house — hopefully in time for the holidays.” #childsupport #childsupportproblems #childsupportcollections #seperation #seperated #married #legal #interogatories #knowyouroptions #divorce #seperation #custody #support #familylaw #familylawyer #familylawlawyer #familyattorney #familylawattorney #divorcelawyer #divorceattorney #coparenting #divorced #support #temporary #temporarysupport #divorce #divorced
As Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna continue to battle it out over child support for their two-year-old daughter, Dream, Rob has filed documents to make a modification.
The 31-year-old was ordered to pay Blac Chyna $20K per month, but according to The Blast, Rob is now claiming he “can no longer afford these orders” — and wants Chyna to pay him instead.
The reason for his lack of income? He says he hasn’t been able to appear on KUWTK since the domestic violence allegations made by Blac Chyna: “I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me. Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media. It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.” He was previously guaranteed $1 million annual in his contract with the show, but as he hasn’t been appearing, he’s only being compensated $50K for each episode he’s in.
Rob also claims Chyna’s worth is over $1.4 million, making nearly six times as much as he does per month, hence why she should be sending him checks in the mail to the tune of $2,864 for joint custody of their daughter.
The former couple will be meeting with a judge in December. #childsupport #childsupportproblems #childsupportcollections #seperation #seperated #married #legal #interogatories #knowyouroptions #divorce #seperation #custody #support #familylaw #familylawyer #familylawlawyer #familyattorney #familylawattorney #divorcelawyer #divorceattorney #coparenting #divorced #support #temporary #temporarysupport #divorce #divorced #kardashian #kardashians #robkhardashian #blacchyna
