“I’m ready to go!” he shouted with great gusto from the car. My 4 year old had buckled himself into his car seat and was waiting for his mama to grab the lunch bag and school bag, keys and the baby, so we could drop him off at school this morning.
Yep, it’s back to school for us today. A sigh of relief that routine and normality is back in motion; and a little exercise of organisation and planning last night to get back into the swing of prepping lunches for the week, and having everyone ready to get out the door by 8am. But we can do this!! 👊 And even more so when it comes to backing our kiddos for the best school year ahead, which is why I’m so looking forward to hosting an online event on being school-ready: a healthy start for students. I’m sharing my favourite natural wellness recipes, DIY focus and sleepy time blends and even how to best tend to the tummy butterflies and big emotions our little ones can have when starting school or undertaking presentations and exams.
