Here’s your Cherry Pie Chia Pudding recipe! 🍒 Whisk together 3 cups cashew milk (or any milk you like!), 3/4 c chia seeds, 4 T raw honey, 1 tsp vanilla,1 tsp cinnamon, pinch nutmeg. Put in fridge to set 30min. In a food processor or blender pulse together 1/3 c almonds, 1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes, 4 pitted dates, 1 T coconut sugar. Set aside topping. Pulse 4 cups frozen dark pitted cherries until coarsely chopped. I grabbed a couple bags of the southwest chopped salad kit and beefed it up with: the precooked lentils, precooked nitrate free bacon, roasted chicken in the deli section, chopped green onion, and diced cucumber.
