I know, I know, I usually post these videos in my stories rather than my main page but hear me out! .
I was having a proper FAT day today!!! Before anyone says anything I know I’m not overweight by any means. But I was having one of those baggy clothes days where you feel bloated and rubbish. The culprit? Spicy food and a double g&t (totally worth it!) .
Anyway, I digress! The reason I’m posting this is that in my head I felt that I was the size of a walrus! I could see the rolls of blubber and the swollen IBS belly and it made me feel like 💩 but because I feel accountable to you guys (I love you all btw 💕) I decided to push play and record the workout anyway.
I totally expected to see a beached whale floundering around when I played it back BUT the opposite was true!!! I was proud with what I saw.
My point? Just because you see yourself a certain way doesn’t make it true! You might think of yourself as a blob or ugly or not worthy - but you’re not and you are! Love yourself ! Believe in yourself! .
