Lavash Crackers. Made with 1 1/2 cups of mashed potatoes, 1 cup of celery pulp, 1 tbsp of finely chopped sun dried tomatoes, 1 tsp each of dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder, 1/4 tsp of chili flakes, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Pressed mixture out on a parchment lined baking sheet and baked it the oven on low heat (200/250F) until super crisp. Cracked into pieces when cool.

I've been craving a rich and flavorful roast like I used to make on Sundays. I would always take just a token piece of the roast and load up on the carrots and potatoes. . . I saw a highly-rated recipe on #pinterest by @avirtualvegan for a Portobello roast and got my kitchen helper to work peeling and chopping veggies! About an hour total between sauteeing and cooking in the #instantpot with natural release - - - and I'm left with THIS wonderful snow day lunch. Vegan Chickpea Omelet! FAT FREE! 🙀Preparation time: 5 mins. Cooking time: 7 mins. (EM PORTUGUÊS NOS COMENTÁRIOS🇧🇷) * 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour * 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast * 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder * 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) * 1/2 teaspoon turmeric * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Instructions: Mix half a cup of the dry mix with half a cup of water. Stir well and allow it to stand for a few minutes to thicken. If desired, add up to 1/2 cup finely chopped quick-cooking vegetables, such as spinach, onions, kale, roasted red pepper, kalamata olives, or tomatoes, to the wet mix. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (if you don’t have a very good non-stick pan use a little bit of oil, olive or coconut preferably), spread the mix and cover the pan and cook, checking often, until the top is no longer shiny wet looking and the underside is light to medium brown (lift a corner with a spatula to check). Flip over and cook the other side, for another minute or two. Make sure that the center isn’t uncooked (raw chickpea flour tastes BAD). Boom!! Ready! 😊😊😊😊🌞🌞🌞

Yes! Made it through Day 4 of the liver rescue cleanse. My mood was a lot better. The only thing I had trouble with was not eating enough. I ate half the serving of the liver rescue salad throughout the day and by night time my energy levels were super low. This also happened to be my first time going 80% raw. I'm not a huge fan of fat free salads. Plus citrus is a trigger for my reflux. So Himalayan Salt was all I could season the salad with. It was painful to chow it all down. But the steamed asparagus felt like a blessing! Anyway, 5 more days to go! Веганские фрикадельки с острым соусом 😋😋😋 по рецепту @elavegan Рекомендую 👍😉 ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: Веганские фрикадельки -250 г красной фасоли (вареной); -1/4 стакана семечек подсолнечника (35 г); - 1/2 стакана  овс.хлопьев (без глютена при необходимости) (45 г); - 2 столовые ложки том.пасты (60 г); - 2 зубчика чеснока; - 1/2 большой луковицы (нарезать); - 2 столовые ложки молотых семян чиа или семян льна; - смесь специй: 1/2 столовой ложки порошка лука, 1 чайная ложка чеснока,1 чайная ложка зиры,1/2 чайной ложки копченой паприки, 1/4 чайной ложки хлопьев красного перца; - соль и перец по вкусу СХЕМА ДЕЙСТВИЯ: - разогреть духовку до 200°С; - поместите все ингредиенты (в кухонный комбайн или блендер и измельчите; - скатайте фрикадельки (1 столовую ложку на шарик, получилось 16 шт); - запекать в духовке около 20 минут. Соус: - 1 1/2 стакана овощного бульона или воды (360 мл) - 1/3 стакана растительных сливок крема или молока (80 мл) - у меня было соевое; - 2 столовые ложки томат.пасты (60 г); - 1/2 чайной ложки свежего имбиря (натереть); Смесь молотых специй: 3 ч.л.порошка карри, 1 1/2 ч.л.порошка лука, 1 ч.л. порошка чеснока, 1 ч.л.зиры,1 ч.л. куркумы, 1/2 ч.л.мускатного ореха, 1/2 ч.л.копченой паприки, 1/4 чайной ложки красного перца, соль и перец по вкусу - 1 столовая ложка  кукурузного/картофельного крахмала или муки (у меня ц/з )(чтобы загустить) - свежая зелень (петрушка,лук) для украшения СХЕМА ДЕЙСТВИЯ: - чтобы приготовить соус, смешать и нагреть томатную пасту и раст.молоко. Затем добавьте овощной бульон/воду; -доведите соус до кипения, добавьте все остальные ингредиенты (кроме крахмала /муки и свежей зелени) . Варить на среднем огне около 10-12 минут (чем дольше вы варите соус, тем более ароматным и густым он будет). - в отдел.миске смешайте крахмал/муку с небольшим количеством воды и добавьте его в кастрюлю. Соус станет немного гуще. Продолжайте варить еще 2-3 минуты. - подавайте с картофельным пюре, пастой или рисом! Храните остатки соуса в контейнере в холодильнике (можно хранить в холодильнике около 3-4 дней).
