Making a case for the simple dinner. The main is an open-faced toasted olive bread sandwich, layered with: goat cheese, roasted mini peppers, and smoked salmon, topped with a mixture of capers, olive oil, chopped parsley and flake salt. The salad was a little bit of a surprise, even to me. It was bright and crunchy. Made up of sliced cucumbers and sunchokes, and tossed in a vinaigrette of: the zest and juice of a lemon, one small diced shallot, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a healthy handful of finely chopped fresh dill. Toss and season to taste. .

You already know the menu is going to have much to offer after reading that punny title. The steaks are priced ranging from around $300 to $400, which isn’t too outrageous for good steaks. When you pay for the steak though, you get to enjoy the tremendous buffet as well, and the views there are already worth a hefty price tag, so overall I’d say it’s a great deal.
For a semi-buffet, the choices were surprisingly filling. In addition to salads and bread, various vegetables and meats were available, and I nearly stuffed myself full before my steak even arrived! At the end of the night, we were given cake, which tasted quite light, thankfully, because we were so full already! (9/10)

Lombo com damasco e queijo brie
1 peça de lombo suíno de 1k
1 cebola roxa cortada em cubinhos
5 fatias de abacaxi
4 colheres de sopa de geléia de damasco
10 fatias de queijo brie
2 ramos de alecrim
azeite a gosto
4 dentes de alho amassado
Tempere o lombo a gosto, em uma travessa coloque a cebola, o alho e o abacaxi. Coloque o lombo por cima, passe a geléia de damasco e coloque ramos de alecrim. Leve ao forno 200° por 40 minutos. Depois retire do forno e corte o lombo em fatias. Entre as fatias coloque o queijo brie, regue com azeite e coloque mais um pouco de geléia de damasco por cima. Leve ao forno por mais 25 minutos. 😋
