This homemade granola is SO yummy!! Super duper EASY too 👇🏻
1/3 Cup pure maple syrup
4 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
5 Cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 Cup unsalted nuts (opt)
1/3 Cup raw coconut flakes (opt)
Dried cranberries (opt)
Wish maple syrup, coconut extract and salt together. Fold in oats, coconut, nuts and cranberries until thoroughly coated. Transfer to baking sheet lined w tin foil or parchment paper. Compress and compact to an even layer. Bake on 325 for about 25-30 min or until lightly browned

Well this was the best find ever!!! These noodles are plant based which is how they have so few calories!! Now, naturally I was somewhat dubious about how they were going to taste, but my review is that they were really good!! They are like thick rice noodles. So now I can fill up on a massive bowl of noodles and still have plenty of calories for pud wooooooo!!!! #eatingsmart
