Citrus Sunday?! 🤔🤷🏼♀️ ...okay now I'm just making up food holidays! 🙈 ...but for reals, I LOVE citrus!! Just not grapefruit 🙅🏼 too bitter!! Question of the day- team grapefruit or team orange?! (I'm orange all the way 🙋🏼)!! 🍊✨ Today I have lunch plans at this cute little cafe downtown with my friend Ashlan!! They have poke which I've never had before, but I'm thinking of trying!! 🤗 happy Sunday! 🎉 #nourishandflourish2018
Not the first time I hung out at @mochaahmedabad , but it was definitely the first time we felt like we had the place to ourselves! (It was the table at the end, in the exteriors.) I'm a big fan of the café's interiors (and exteriors) which include fairy lights, white gardenesque walls with hanging flower pots and wooden tables.
What we had:
1. Mocha Shake
2. Pink Lemonade
3. Nachos Grande
The beverages won, hands down. The (Mocha Shake) coffee had real, bitter taste and the lemonade was well balanced with a sweet cranberry juice.
The nachos were uninspired, however. I'm not a big fan of the classic mexican dish, when restaurants use packed chips (like Cornitos) as the base. An evening well-spent, I'll say!

You might see these in our produce section and walk right by it.
Well.....lets get educated
Say hello to the shiitakes mushroom 🍄
Shiitakes are quite good raw, if you don’t mind their chewiness.
Sautéing is the most common treatment for shiitakes. One of the most important techniques for sautéing shiitakes is maintaining the sound of constant sizzling while they’re in the pan, which means you’re cooking them over lively heat. You want the shiitakes to develop a brown, crisp outside, which will boost their flavor.
So the next time you see these in our supermarket, say hello and let us know how it was😀
