So not only i have not shed a pound, but gaining! I am really considering leaving this way of eating and add fiber (whole grain, legume, tuber, and fruits) back to my diet. I might be eating too much cals from all this fat. But if i have to be counting calories and go hungry, might as well do it while keeping my sacred relationship with the bowel, right? Dunno. Still thinking...
⛅️ 7:30 am. Breakfast was pretty green today. A little bit of leftover meatloaf, surrounded by okra and cucumber, plus two eggs. Dessert was 2 almond cookies i baked last night. Recipe in the previous post.
💪🏼1 pm. Gym time was the usual 15 mins cardio and 3 sets of lifting this and that. Hmm is it because of reducing the cardio in half that got me the extra pounds on my belly?
🥗 3 pm. Salad lunch.
