I joined Louise on stage to inspire parents to think in broader terms when it comes to lunchboxes this year. Sharing many of my quick & easy recipes as well as tips and tricks to help transition children into a healthier lifestyle without too much stress on parents !! Did I mention we had a taste testing too !! We love love love what we do and love hearing all the amazing wins from parent after.

Just got home from a killer PT session with @jamescoylept
and it’s safe to say I definitely wasn’t in the mood to head out in the freezing cold snow but SO glad I did as I’m feeling amazing now (albeit a bit sore!) It was such a great feel good session tonight, I love how Jim’s tailored training sessions so dramatically boost my energy levels and lift my mood so much (and TONE me up!) I even drag the hub James with me too so it’s always a laugh especially when it comes to the partner (deadly) finisher at the end we / James gets so competitive it’s 😂 (couples who train together stay together and all that!! LOL to that but it is a lot of fun training together)
I always feel so achy the next few days after my PT sessions with Jim (which I love as it feels like I’ve actually worked hard) so tonight definitely calls for an Epsom salt bath 🛁 nothing beats it!! Having a bath on a frosty night like tonight after weight training is just😍🙏
Studies show that magnesium and sulfate (in the salts) are both easily absorbed through the skin and help to repair and relax sore tired muscles and I feel 💯 times more relaxed and zen afterwards. Before I said YES to nutritional rebalancing...
I would bust my ass at the gym, not seeing the results I wanted and still feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.👎🏼 I struggled ever day with brain fog, unable to focus.😳

I follow simple but effective rules regarding nutrition, which allows me to be flexible with the kind of nutrition that I use for my body for the purposes of 1) operate on an ATHLETIC level, 2) operate with EMPOWERING HEALTH through the foods I consume.
So yes, one can be athletic and have food intake that gives power to the body and yet be disempowered overall with the energy of the body.
In essence, one wants to align oneself with LIFE FORCE, which is primarily from the sun (photons), which are given synthesis by the plant kingdom via the synthesis of photons (PHOTOSYNTHESIS). Photosynthesis is what produces the energy necessary for all the organic constituents that goes into all foods.
So to keep it simple, I focus on eating foods that are not synthetic or man made, and that are as natural as possible. That’s it.
So I choose Rice Noodles, better than Wheat Pasta.
I try and have lots of greens, so I thee in here Spinach, I added more vegetables via tomatoes, topped it up with Organic Italian Mozzarella - organic being the natural and original way in which foods grew before mass modern society of today - and finished it with Himalayan pink salt, which again, is healthier than tampered with salt of today, which sometimes may even contain the toxic Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), which you want to avoid like the plague.
This boosts my gross and my subtle levels of bodily energy, empowering oneself through external and internal fitness.

- Himalayan Pink Salt

Cheers my dear!! I’m on Day 17 of my 30 days to healthy living program. Week 3 is my fav because it’s when we add the lemon and ginger full body cleanse (don’t worry- it’s super gentle!!) Goodbye toxins! So here are my wins so far on this journey: sleeping better, more energy, no more feeling bloated - hence my pants feel better and I don’t have feel like I need control top granny pants 🤣, no afternoon “I need a nap” slump. I’m craving healthy food (when did Brussels sprouts become my comfort food?), sugar and carbs that don’t serve me are not my challenge anymore, I still do miss coffee but not nearly like I did at the beginning (and yes, I still see coffee signs printed everywhere!) I feel good that I am back on target with more mindful snacking and creating a lot of good habits. Oh!!! Bonus!!! I was able to figure out my eczema trigger! (Eggs- which are allowed on this program but it was the only food I hadn’t tried taking out yet so I gave it a try. Still playing around with if it’s ok in baked goods).
