As you may have noticed, I wasn’t active for weeks now. I used the time where my sciatica had a hand on me and thought a lot about what I want to share on here.
I want to make my instagram as authentic as possible, so I thought about the topics that are important to me and that I want to share with you. So here is what you can expect henceforth:

I want to show you you can practice Yoga without touching your knees with your nose or doing fancy Asanas.
I am on a journey of loving myself more everyday and I would love to share my path with you and learn from you.
I want to share what I do to feel good and make my soul happy, because we tend to push too far in our society and this is when our souls and bodies react to make us stop. I did so much more than my soul could handle and got #anxiety I learned I am nearly free of panic attacks when I am mindful and listen to my body and soul.
I truly believe we should focus on what we have instead of what we don’t have and that we gain a lot by doing so. Everything will fall into place anyway until than we can be grateful for what we got.

Yoga for me is not only practicing on my mat and feeling what is good for me, but also being conscious and honor my environment off the mat. Let’s do this together.

One of the most rewarding things about teaching is giving. Giving your energy and enthusiasm, your experience and knowledge. Giving tips, guidance, space, opportunity. What we often forget is that to give you need to be “recharged”. If you are running on low, giving becomes hard. One of the reasons why until now I’ve enjoyed teaching part-time has a lot to do with being able to recharge and feel like I could give each time as much as I could. Lately I have to admit, this giving process has been hard work, mainly because I’ve had an urge to give to myself first. Sometimes as teachers we get lost in the routine of teaching our regular class; read articles, books, attend other classes, go to workshops or simply take a rest... do whatever it takes to keep the fire of giving burning.
