T R A I N I N G lief heute wieder super 🤗! Allerdings ist das ehrlich gesagt fast nie das Problem 🙈. Meine Kraftsporteinheiten sind immer intensiv und gut. Cardio muss ich mich nach wie vor zwingen, dass war aber schon in der Grundschule so 😂. Ich war zwar gut darin, aber mochte den Ausdauersport noch nie so wirklich. Und das schlimmste und größte Problem das mir im Weg steht, ist tatsächlich das ESSEN 😅! Ich esse für mein Leben gerne, am besten andauernd und sehr viel. Würde es nach mir gehen, hätte ich 5 KG weniger auf den Rippen, wäre da nicht immer das ganze leckere Essen 🙈! Gehts noch anderen von Euch so, dass ihr nie wisst wann es genug ist und euch nicht bremsen könnt🤷🏻‍♀️?? ...Wenn ja, dann postet doch mal „🤰🏻“ in die Kommentare 😂👌🏻! "Being different! I knew always I was different, since i was a child, I was always too sensitive and too deep, I mostly kept to myself and never fitted in and i didn't really want to. I felt like i never really connected with people and I use to get bullied a lot through out the school, i never really let it bother me except few times when someone literally tried to kick my ass because of me being ME and doing my own thing. As i have grown older, more i think it is a blessing to be totally different in the world where everyone are the same, everyone trying to be like someone else, it is a privilege to be who you are, god made you the way you are for a reason and I think it's so beautiful that people dare to be different ,unique and stand out, i admire those people who don't need the validation from anyone to be accepted for they uniqueness. It's also been a little truggle to find a lifepartner because people often get scared of depth, of emotions, of vulnerability and someone being real and genuine, but at the same time having a strong will and always standing for something that you believe in, and it's so rare, we often want to be so desperately accepted from everyone that we will bend for them,give in and change ourselfs to be more loveable and be more accepted,or fit into the mold. We forget that people who do not love us for what we are,they are not our people. If someone can't love you for being real and genuine, they not ment to be in your life, god has a ways to remove the people and often we feel like we are loosing, but we actually are gaining. When you are genuinly good person, you don't loose people, they lose you! So never change so people will love you, love yourself enough first and be who you are, do your own thing and the right people will love you no matter what! Focuse on making yourself better person and going after what you want in life,have the courage to be you,trust yourself,be honest to yourself. When you love yourself and you know your own worth, you wont accept anything less! ¿Por qué perdemos masa muscular? Tenemos 4 enemigos que nos ocasionan pérdida de MASA MUSCULAR. 1. Una mala alimentación puede causar perdida de masa muscular, esto se debe a dos factores, el primero es porque pasamos largas horas sin brindarle alimentos al cuerpo, lo que produce catabolismo (el cuerpo usa el MÚSCULO como fuente de energía) y aumenta los niveles de cortisol (hormona encargada de acumular grasa y perder músculo); El segundo, es ingerir alimentos (Calorías vacias) de poco aporte nutricional, como pizzas, helado, hot dogs, comida chatarra. Para evitar esto podemos consumir MEGAPLEX LITE de snacks o reemplazar un cheat meal (comida trampa). 2. Poco ejercicio. El ejercicio es el arma principal para la salud, no solamente mejora la salud sino que también nos rejuvenece; hacer ejercicios genera activacion muscular, por lo tanto, podremos ganar masa muscular. Un batido de Bipro o Megaplex Lite post entrenamiento es ideal para construir masa o protegerla 3. Enfermedades que afectan los músculos, Predisposiciones medicas o enfermedades de ciertos tipos nos pueden afectar nuestra calidad muscular pero si le adicionamos ejercicio a nuestro día podemos combatir la perdida de masa de forma saludable 4. Vejez; al avanzar los años nuestro cuerpo empieza a perder masa muscular debido a varios factores físicos, como niveles bajos de testosterona y hormona de crecimiento, pérdida de movilidad, entre otros.
