To believe I was once 100+ pounds heavier (not pictured above, fyi lol) is almost terrifying — you never know what life will hit you with but you have to be thankful for experiences to teach you things you wouldn’t have otherwise learned. .
I look back at photos and don’t even recognize that person — I’m glad to be where I am and 20xs happier to know what I know now.
Your experiences make you stronger! Don’t forget the journey you’ve been on and the one ahead. There’s a process and a reason for it all. Cheers to what’s up ahead.

What’s your #goal
? When Sharyn first arrived at Venus she had such poor shoulder mobility she couldn’t hold her own body weight or are a bar on her back. Fast forward a few months of consistent strength, HIIT and cardio training she’s kicking new goals everyday.
