I grew up like a COMPLETE ruler (from every single angle) and just wanted to feel womanly. Apart from the bought boobs (mine were lost circa 2014 to training, may they rest in peace) I am proof you can earn your curves and completely change your body shape if you’re willing to put the work in. You can do it!!! I have a shape in my head and every time I train it’s what I have in my mind as my focus. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to work on yourself and feel good about yourself. Looking after my body is one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I find it really sad that as women ‘she loves herself’ is used as an insult. You fucking should love yourself. You should love your body, your mind and your spirit. Love it all. And if you’re not quite happy with something, be proactive and work on it
