Look! I still lift! It's been a rough past few months trying to keep consistency in my lifts with all the changes. So it feels good that things are finally coming back to normal and I can throw things around again! The sucky part is now in battling a lingering knee issue that has made squatting and anything plyometric based, especially snatching, almost unbearable. So I tried out no feet, no contact drills just to get back into the swing of things, but to also keep me low impact with no squatting as well. I found it was a great drill to add because my extension needed work on anyways. The no feet, no contact drill takes away the focus of "jumping" too soon to really complete a better more efficient pull. But they are HARD! one of the hardest drills I've done! But I love the immediate transfer over it brings! Definitely going to be adding more of these into my training along with getting back into a routine including dialing back in my nutrition with @fiasfreshmeals
as well. Let's get it!
