What is it that you are really afraid of when it comes to achieving your goals? .
Most people are scared to start as they are actually afraid of failing.... .
Failure is nothing to fear, embrace it and take a leap of faith, you never know you might achieve more than you set out to in the first place 😉👊🏼 .
Here are some tips to help you push past your fears and achieve your health and fitness goals👇🏼👇🏼.
✔️Set realistic mini goals and revisit them regularly. ✔️Don't compare yourself to anyone.
✔️Make time to be organized and prepare your food. Your nutrition is more important than training so if that means less training and more prep time then so be it!
✔️Lift weights and lift heavy 3-4 x per week.
✔️Listen to your body and be kind to it, stop being your own worst enemy. .
✔️Stop doing yo yo and crash diets - they don’t work!!!
✔️Find a sustainable way to eat a balanced diet day in day out with no deprivation and no guilt!
✔️Eat an array of Fruits, Veggies, protein and good fats, keep your complex carbs for around training! .
✔️Reward yourself for each small thing you achieve! ✔️Stick to one program and don't chop and change from one to another! .
✔️Schedule in rest days .
✔️Surround yourself with like minded/positive people who lift you up and inspire you to do better. .
✔️Drink more water - approx 3 litres a day .
✔️Keep yourself accountable, use a journal or get a coach and find the right support! .
