Embracing my natural inner beach bum today. ☀️ This week and for the foreseeable crazy busy weeks ahead, I'm taking bitesize snippets of R&R wherever and whenever they can be found at the moment. And living 2 minutes walk from the beach is helping hugely.
Its like @exerciseprofessionals know exactly how Im feeling with this article in their latest newsletter (swipe pics to read). 12 hour days are taking their toll on me...but the drive and determination to help, support and encourage clients is something I just can't ignore.
As a naturally selfish Leo personality (with Leo in rising too...could I BE any more of a proud vain lion?!😂🦁) being self-LESS is something I actually struggle with. So how have I taken this career path which is entirely devoted to helping others?
However it has come about, being a women's Coach, PT, gym manager, Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher, just couldn't be a more perfect fit for me...despite the astrological odds being stacked.
Feeling reflective today. Think the tiredness is kicking in 😂 plus have my last birthday starting with a 3 tomorrow! Also something about the self-promise of the school holidays bringing me more TIME...and that NOT panning out so far...has brought about the slight panic, and the need to find these bitesize moments of calm within each day.
Perhaps my drive to help others needs to be redirected to getting on top of my own huge list of 'To Dos'. And well done REPS, for a hint of a slap around the face for me with this article 😉📰 💕
