Kombucha on tap 💚🌿

). We have been seeing kombucha on tap next to craft beer in the media lately as a coming wellness trend in the UK. Hey, it's already here. It's live, it's raw, and it's a whole lot of fermented brew right there.

Kombucha is a fermented drink with a natural fizz. So, kombucha on tap makes for an obvious choice in a bar/pub/restaurant. As a bit of a purist and a former beer brewer (and tea addict) when I began to brew and develop our kombucha (selling on draught from July 2016), I wanted to create something that drew on the elements of premium tea alone. Our aim was to create a fermented brew that belongs on the bar and with food. Just a real unadulterated brew.
