It's incredible how things can change when you're willing to WORK for them to.
Three years ago I was labelled with all the reasons why I couldn't be successful in life. If chances of success were scored based on lifestyle, I would have been deemed to fail.
However, there is NO test - NOR WILL THERE EVER be a test designed, which can measure the heart of a man or a woman. ·
Where ever you are now, compared to where ever you want to be, the only things holding you back are the actions you choose to do TODAY. And then tomorrow, you attack tomorrow. And so on, and so forth. ·
My point is, to change your life you do not need some astronomical transformation to happen over one night or even one year. ·
Other people will see the difference long before you do, trust me.
Becoming successful (whatever that means to YOU) is a matter of small daily actions, compounded over time!

Week 3 of Yoga under way!! I am on my last week of this program! This will be huge for me upon completion because it will be the first program I have finished!! I am super proud of myself. I haven’t put a ton of effort towards nutrition but I haven’t ignored it either. I have been putting a lot of focus on keeping a promise to myself to complete this workout program!! If I can’t trust myself to keep a promise to myself....why should anyone else?!? #startsmall
Finished day 13/21 of my Yoga Retreat program!
I will be super honest and tell y’all that my nutrition has been so/so and weight loss hasn’t been astronomical, however........ I feel such a sense of accomplishment for steicking with this program as long as I have. I WILL finish it and move on to the next challenge!
Thanks to my team for all the support!! Don’t feel alone on your journey ladies!! You have an amazing group of people ready have your back to a new healthier/more positive you!
Today was just a very trying day emotionally.
My son was in rare emotional form this afternoon and got me so riled up that I was shaking I was so angry.
Mother Nature has taken its toll on me the past few days and my stomach was on the fritz.
And a few other things that got me to the point where I felt like I needed to scream!!! So, instead of doing Flow day in my Yoga workout I switched the days around and did the Relax day because boy did I need it. This put me at the half way mark of my Yoga program!!!! Woohoo
It was 10pm last night but I still went downstairs and did my yoga. I love YOGA! I am going to get through this program because upon completion I know this will provide me with the right confidence to move forward in my journey.
I have never lifted weights. I started at 3 lbs and made the transition to 5 lbs. Holy Moly it’s a huge difference ! I can feel the burn 🤪 and that’s exactly how I feel!

I am falling in love with yoga because not only does it teach me to be in tune with my body but also to be in tune with my mind and soul. I fully believe, now more than ever, that the part of me that needs the most work is on the inside. I can’t begin to work on the outside when my mind and heart is not where it needs to be.

I am really starting to love yoga. Works to help with my thoughts, stress and working out all at once.
Time to let go of what brings me down and focus on what lifts me up.
What did amber learn today......? That she completely UNDERESTIMATED YOGA!
Day 1 on my 3 week Yoga retreat. I learned over the weekend that I even though I used to be a “top speed runner” doesn’t mean that I am one now. At least....not YET.

Поговорка, которая мне запомнилась и очень понравилась звучит так "You should build a business today as if you'll own it forever but could sell it tomorrow". Книгу ОЧЕНЬ рекомендую!

My success with Keto didn’t come over night. I remember getting on the scale for several weeks, eating to my macros...doing everything right (so I thought), and the scale didn’t budge. It was so discouraging, however I didn’t quit. I found another way to do things. I changed up my macros and found myself losing again. I had no idea I needed to do that after losing 15 lbs or so. 🤷🏻♀️ If you hit a bump in the road don’t let it cause you to quit...don’t give up!! Giving up will only leave you feeling worse. People who succeed definitely fall...they just get back up. Stop with the excuses and go for your goals. They are attainable!! Oh and guess what??? Tomorrow is Monday...so start again. 😉 .
