Emirates First Class was a phenomenal experience. Superb service, combined with quality food and beverages, made for a very comfortable flight. We especially enjoyed the 2009 Dom Perignon paired with the caviar, just devine!
Wasabi Potato Crusted Chicken with Baby Bok Choy and Carrots lunch on board American Airlines Flight 162 from Honolulu (HNL) to Los Angeles (LAX).
Pre-ordered this dish for the first leg of traveling to the east coast. This meal satisfies and met my expectations for the duration of the flight.
Plus with dessert (or the fruit and cheese plate option) and complimentary drinks and mixed nuts bowl on a five-hour flight, there is no reason to still feel hungry by the time the flight lands. Plus there’s a basket of snack foods (e.g. chips, popcorn, etc) available after meal service ends.
The Rockpool team of chefs, sommeliers and service experts oversee the design of the QANTAS domestic and international in-flight menu, as well as First and Business Class food and beverages. They work closely with our group during training, providing us with cooking guidelines and techniques on creative and thoughtful food plating, that enhances our customers travel experience.

1. Osietra Caviar with smetana, red onion, chopped eggs and lemon. Barons de Rothschild blanc de blanc champagne to drink.
2. Sous vide lobster tail with lemon pearls and frisee lettuce. This with Château Latour Martillac 2014 to drink. Both starters were 👌.
Our last food in Nerja last night. Delicious prawns pil pil and new for us razor clams. Great tapas/restaurant called La Puntilla. A must visit if you're ever there #Nerja #tapas #firstclassfood
