A delicious weekend away on the Central Coast on the blog today! ❤️ 🚘 🐶 http://www.notquitenigella.com/2018/05/30/central-coast-2018-guide/
Yum yum mmmm mmmmm. Fresh Aussie seafood, this is something I craved when I lived overseas. The fresh simplicity of how we enjoy our seafood is beautiful. I personally love fresh cold prawns with a fresh tartare sauce and a cold beer but dishes like this make me consider upping my seafood game at home. I must admit that there is always a huge fear that I’ll f*ck up the seafood and over cook it and I’m sweating bullets like I’m on some kind of @masterchefau
challenge which is why I don’t like to mess around with a good thing and often enjoy it simply. Please comment and share with me your fave seafood dish to cook at home, i am up for the challenge this week!! I’d love to try making a seafood chowder...

couldn't decide on the menu so we went for the fish and chips, seafood curry and this refreshing mango salad with Balmain bugs! Thanks 🙏 for a delicious meal as always :)
It's always a pleasure interviewing chefs who are passionate about the ocean and sustainable fishing practices. 🐟 My latest @nourish_au
