Ich habe es geschafft 😍 Am Anfang bin ich nicht annähernd an die 90 Grad drangekommen. Durch viel Übung, Training und vor allem Mobility habe ich es nun endlich geschafft deutlich unter die 90 Grad zu kommen. Und vor allem dabei auch noch mit den Fersen am Boden zu bleiben!!! Stetiges üben und trainieren zahlt sich halt doch irgendwann aus 💪🏼😃

What does #selfcare mean to you??#selfcaresunday is in full swing today, but I’m approaching it in a few different ways! Yesterday was a difficult emotional/mental day for me and so today I feel like I need an “easy on myself” kind of day and a little bit of TLC. It’s so important to take care of our body, but it means nothing unless you have your mind and emotions on the same page. It doesn’t take much... a little pampering, time with friends, lots of cuddles and a bit of reflection is what I need to reset my inner peace and be ready for a brand new week tomorrow. Inner peace is essential to a healthy body and soul, but getting there is different for everyone, but the recipe is simple: * a sprinkle of ____________ * a pinch of _____________ * a dash of _______________ * a whole lot of everything that makes you happy. You see there is no set in stone recipe, it’s not just different for everyone but it changes as we go. Essentially it should always consist of what will in the end make you happy and bring you peace, but getting there is the part that will fulfill you and bring it all together. Przeglądajac dzień w dzień te wysportowane i piękne sylwetki z cudownymi krągłościami można w końcu dojść do wniosku, że sami jesteśmy daleko od ideału. No właśnie... Ostatnio na Instagramie panuje "KULT TYŁKA" koniecznie oznaczonego emotikonką brzoskwinki 🍑 I tak dziewczyny lecząc swoje wyimaginowane kompleksy wstawiają zdjęcia w dziwnych, nienaturalnych pozach (no bo serio... Ktoś widział żeby jakaś dziewczyna tak stała np. Na przystanku autobusowym) wpędzając tym samym w kompleksy inne dziewczyny, które potem też robią dziwaczne zdjęcia i koło zaczyna się zamykać. To muszę przyznać, mi też czasami zdarzało się porównywać swój wygląd do tego wykreowanego przez Instagram ale na szczęście już dojrzałam do tego żeby absolutnie się tym nie przejmować 😉 A jeśli nie macie czasu na ćwiczenia albo wam się po prostu nie chce tego robić oto rada jak w 5sek polepszyć wygląd pośladków: ➡Stajemy bokiem do aparatu ➡nogę dalszą odwodzimy do tyłu i ciężar ciała przenosimy na drugą nogę ➡lekko skręcamy tułów w stronę obiektywu I gotowe! Hark! I know they are veggie haters out there. Wearing sunglasses that block out chlorophyll, are you? Sigh. Ok. I can work with this. It’s ALWAYS better to eat a vegetable in its unadultered state. However, it’s better to have veggie juiced and spent money/lost a bit of fiber than to never have veggied at all. If you simply refuse to consume anything green, there are options. Your body doesn’t register fullness from liquids as well as it does from solids. SO, you could easily chug 16 ounces of veggie juice laden with sugars, and be none the fuller, but you would be quite satiated if you ate a bunch of carrots. There’s no evidence that drinking juice is any “better” for you than eating veggies in the raw. If you are going to opt for a juice/smoothie, here are some guidelines: ✔Avoid any fruit juices. Choose fruit puree instead. ✔Don’t add agave, honey, molasses, etc. Try raw stevia. ✔Try to limit your smoothie/juice to two servings of vegetables at a time (that’s about 1 cup of leafy greens or chopped veggies) ✔For flavor, add ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, mint, basil or other spices ✔Use whole vegetables/fruits when possible instead of their juice ✔Choose unsweetened milk alternatives, kefir, plain yogurt, or organic raw nut butters/nuts as a fat source; remember; you must have fat with your veggies to liberate the fat-soluble nutrients! ✨Want the non-gimmicky nutritional truth delivered straight to your inbox from a team of Registered Dietitians?.. What is pescetarianism? It is also called pesce-vegetarianism! But, what is it? Did you know about pescatarian diet? . Do you eat fish? Do you like fish? Do you know what the Omega-3s are? And do you know what they're for? ALA, EPA and DHA. But how do we know where they are? ALAs are found in vegetable oils such as linseed oil, hemp, walnut, etc. EPAs in fish oil, cod liver, etc. DHA in the same oils and fats where EPAs are found. . Unfortunately, ALA are not easily assimilated by our liver and to take a significant amount it would be appropriate to resort to supplements. I remember when I was little about 5years old, my parents left my sister and I here in the province and we stayed here quiet sometime that I forgotten to speak tagalog and just speaking fluently bicolana. 🔥Protein Bread Recipe By @upbeetandkaleingit 🔥 - I know Sunday is a day for relaxing, family, and for baking! Check out this healthy protein bread recipe that you can bake today that's delicious, made with wholesome and natural ingredients, and is sure to satisfy that sweet tooth! Serve with some berries and nut butter on top and it can make for an amazing post-workout snack, dessert, and even a healthy breakfast! - Ingredients 2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 5 tbsp water) wait a few min for thick consistency to form 2 cups @bobsredmill super fine almond flour/ meal 4 scoops @alohamoment vanilla protein 3 tbsp @bobsredmill coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp ceylon cinnamon 1 cup unsweetened @thenewbarn unsweetened vanilla milk Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms. Transfer to baking tray and form into a loaf- mine was about 8 inch x 5 in and a little over an inch in thickness. 🎂B'DAY WISHES: FEELING MOTIVATED BY THE FEAR OF BEING AVERAGE🎂 It has recently been my birthday and I got spoilt and greeted by people of my present and my past. It is nice to feel that people take a second of their busy lives to write you a short text📩 or to drop a voice message📣. It really feels good; don't get me wrong here! However I got shocked that most of those messages wished me to keep up with my healthy habits and fit attitude. Like if my life, projects or personallity was just fitness related. Some of them even went further, wishing me to be 'LESS OBSESSED' with this FITNESS THANG! Of course most of those people are not really around my life anymore, so that they don't witness for real how far 'my obsession' goes. They didn't see me craying when the XXXL pants didn't go through👖, or when I had to listen that my body fat percentage was of 43%📈, or when I was struggling to finish my dancing classes💃, I was ashamed of jumping onto stages, or how bad my RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD was... They were not there when all this happened, cos nobody (in general) posts about negativity in their lives and it requires high level of complicity with someone to hear all those things from this person. Being fit, physically and emotionally, plus eating healthy is not a destination🎯, but a lifestyle, that allows me to be my REAL ME, reach further, highler, faster, happier... I got fitter to hike never ending routes through Iceland and the Scottish Highlands in winter, or to hike through a desert like terrain in South Africa. I exchanged Netflix evenings for fitness preparation for challenges that make sense to me and allow me to collect countless memories and fullfilling moments. I work on being the my own self best version. If this is an obsession, I AM OBSESSED. I feel appreciated for having so many greetings from 5.continents but feels sad to see how simplistic some people are. I want to share my voyage, as it has helped and inspired others and I am not hiding behind a rock if showing up can bring a bit of light into others' life.
