Many times I went on"diets" I would have the all or nothing attitude. Too often it would then turn into me bingeing on Shit because I deprived myself of everything.

Literally the yummiest salad I've had in a while 😋
For Valentine's Day this year I decided to treat us to a salad with all of our favorite ingredients 😊
This salad is a base of escarole with steamed green beans, radish, endive, shallot, basil, chick peas, and watercress, all dressed with almond oil, salt, and pepper. So incredibly delicious and so nutritious! This is my favorite kind of meal - one that is so insanely tasty and also makes me feel so good when I eat it! 😊

It's #sundayfunday and I'm in my element prepping meals for the next few days. I really look forward to my Sunday routine. It doesn't matter what the week brings me, I am prepared.
I start with our Sunday dinner, which is always a sit down meal. 🍽
Next up are grab & go snacks. These include: veggies, fruit and almonds in snack-sized portions, overnight oats breakfast cups or hardboiled eggs. It's so easy to make healthy choices when you have them ready to go!🍏 Food is Life!
Who’s in your circle?
Think about who you are surrounding yourself with. What kind of people? People who uplift you and believe in what you’re capable of? Or people who are living their life with a negative mindset and typically bring your spirits down?
I can’t preach enough how important it is to surround yourself with positive people and people who believe in you. I was talking about this the other day with one of my friends, and quite honestly it’s something I think about a lot.
I want you to think about the past few days, who were you surrounded by? How did they make you feel? What did they do or say that made you feel that way?
Now think about a time where you were genuinely really happy. Who were you surrounded by during those moments? What did these people do that made you so happy?
When you pay attention to the people you’re surrounded by and how they make you feel, you might start to reconsider those people. No hard feelings against them, but if you want to be your best self, you have to surround yourself with people who are going to uplift you, teach you and support you. In the end, this is going to help you create the best version of yourself.
Pay close attention to who you’re surrounded by and see if you notice a difference in your mood. I know there are days where my mood changes solely based on who I’m surrounded by.

I accomplished all my goals for the week and felt on top of the world.
Even though my journey will be a long one as I have a lot of weight you lose, I'm enjoying the good and the bad days.
Take each day as it comes and be grateful for where you're at.

🍐Foods that are high in fiber take longer to digest, keeping you feeling fuller longer like protein⠀
🍌And the best part is that many foods that are higher in fiber are also lower in calories so you can add volume to your meals which will also keep you feeling full for fewer calories 🙌🏻⠀
🐻 Vegetables and fruit top the list of higher fiber foods with lower calorie counts. There are others that could be added to the list for sure, but if you are looking for high fiber fruits and veggies, this list is a great place to start 😊⠀
🍏When trying to lose fat, hunger is bound to happen and that is Ok 👌🏻. Protein and fiber will help manage hunger and help you avoid eating eating binges⠀
