When doing pull over on a bosuball make sure your rib cage is fully expanded you hips are completely drop, why? Simple we are not lifting weights, we are EXPANDING the rib cage and at the same time targeting our Lats so we can get that firm and nice back... . So here is the key... We are inhaling and exhaling and feeling the reps, there is not point on doing this fast with a lot of weights if you don’t feel it... . How to: . Find a bosuball . Lay down on it, drop your hips and bring the cables towards your pelvic. . Inhale and exhale every time you do a rep... go for the feeling... feel the burn on your lats!! . Question! So I am in the process of selecting my #ootd and putting all my musts in a corner so that I don’t forget. Obvi, I am going through my many lists to make sure I don’t forget anything and I wanted to share with you guys a few things to keep you “sane” while packing and a few things to consider: ✨Make lists for essentials! This will prevent you from forgetting anything or overpacking unnecessary things. ✨Use a “packing Zip Lock” that has the vacuum option to keep your suitcase slim and organized. ✨Reuse your shopping bags to wrap your toiletries and prevent them from spilling onto your clothes. ✨When choosing your ootd, pair up your clothes to avoid overpacking. That way you’ll know exactly what to wear with what and it’ll save you some room to maybe bring back some splurges. ✨if worried about luggage weight, remember shoes and jeans weigh the most, keep them to a minimum. Leggings are light and they fold to the size of an IPhone plus😱. What to consider: ✨Remember to clean up your Phone 📱. This will come in handy when you’re trying to take the perfect photo (or 20) without worrying about storage space. ✨Invest in a good power bank. If you are like me you do eeeer’thang on your phone, so don’t risk it dying. ✨(My most important one) Make a post-it of things you still need to use but can’t forget like charger, toothbrush, hair brush, etc..Post it at the door and that way you won’t forget it.
