I have been slowwwwwly chipping away at my weight sine January, I don’t have masses to lose but I have a lot of body fat (losing this is the main goal). I’ve been having most weekends pretty much eating what I wanted then spending the week catching up to where I was and it became frustrating but this week I’ve been eating even more calories daily and somehow got to a new low! Super chuffed with this and I can finally say that I’ve lost a stone! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
For me there is more than logging my Training and food! Taking care of my body means evaluating signs and symptoms of the female cycle as well so I can adapt my training to it. So... I’ve been AWOL as it’s been my birthday! I had a birthday/royal wedding birthday party Saturday which was amazing! I ate and drank and had so much fun! I’ve eaten out every night this week so far too. My birthday was Tuesday so celebrated with all my friends and have one more meal planned on Sunday with my parents. I have weighed in and I have put on 7lbs which I am totally unsurprised about. BUT. I’m now back on it. My #hexb

I loved this! Motherhood is a funny thing isn’t it!? 🤷🏼♀️ Aren’t we all just winging it? I follow so many inspiring accounts but sometimes I sit back and think, maybe I should be doing that with my boy 👶🏼 Whether it’s, should I do more baby led weaning 🍌or was it the right decision to stop breast feeding when I did? 🤱🏼 I constantly compare & sometimes get myself a little down, because all I want is the best for OP! Am I doing the right things? Am I teaching him enough? Is he happy on home made foods I make him? Or shall I just give him what I’m eating? 🤷🏼♀️ Motherhood has me mind blown most days, but I realise we are all just winging it? Aren’t we? Am I the only one who does this? I constantly look at posts and think, I should be doing that or maybe I’ll give that a go, when in matter of fact, I think OP is happy!? 💙 It’s just me doubting myself as a mum!! Guess who is cranky this morning? That’s right, I am. I had trouble getting out the door, so I bought myself a jug of coffee while waiting for my second train.
I’m feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment, hopefully it will pass.

Gestern kam unsere große wieder. Wir waren dann mut Ihr und ihren neuen Fahrrad vor der Tür. Als es anfing zu regnen haben wir beschlossen die Kleine aus dem kiga zu holen, bevor es wieder Unwetter gibt, doch dies blieb aus. Am Nachmittag ging es wieder zum Sport. Dieses mal hatte ich schulter, Bizeps, Brust und Bauch mit meinem Vater gemacht.
Zum essen gab es morgens Omelett mit cheddar, mittags Apfel und skyr und Abends Fischstäbchen Salat. Zwischendurch gab es Käse chips, skyr und ein corny Riegel

I haven’t had a regular Monday workout routine since one of my gym locations closed in March (I used to go to Body Pump on Mondays). I saw these free outdoor workouts sponsored by Crunch advertised last year, but never checked it out.
Tonight was the first one of the season and I went. Holy humidity! I get too competitive when I’m in classes with dudes, I def pushed hard. I’ll sprinkle these workouts in, but there were far too many spectators.

It’s really motivating to see the progress I’ve made with this Fitbit data. When I got my new Fitbit with the cardio fitness feature in October my rating was 33-37 aka average. I’ve seen it go from average > average to good > good and now good to very good!
Losing ~20 pounds has certainly helped, but so has my increased physical activity. I’m working out 5-6 days a week with lots of walking, hiking,weight lifting classes, kickboxing classes. I keep pushing myself harder and harder in my workouts as I get stronger and thinner.
