7/16 Fitbit stats! My #beachbodyondemand
workouts typically get me to 10,000 steps, but I find that I have to do more steps to get to my 5 mile goal! It’s all worth it at the end of the day, though, when all my Fitbit goals are met!!!

Today’s workouts were:
- In the Pocket. I started this workout with zero motivation to workout today, but 15 minutes in Shaun T had me moving & grooving 💃
- Dirty 30. And boy, was this dirty! I feel myself improving, but still struggle with the plank moves!
🔥- Fire Starter. I have nothing but love for this program! It’s upbeat and keeps my energy high throughout each workout so far!
- Total Body Circuit. I was really feeling this one until all moves requiring upper body strength came up. I tried the modifications, but just ended up very discouraged. Tomorrow I’m going to try to do T25 first or second in my workout so I’ll have more energy to push through!
