Something I learned in college is that when you dress for success, you become more confident, and when your more confident...that usually means more success! 😉
Even though I work from home and can work in my leggings everyday if I wanted...there are days I dress up.
✨I dress up because I have an undying passion to help others.
✨I dress up because even if I help just one person, I helped change the world.
✨I dress up because this at home biz saved not only my life, but it’s saved my marriage.
✨I dress up because I am so grateful that I get to wake up everyday and call this my life.
✨I dress up because I want to help YOU, help others!
I’ve seen sooo many lives changed from what I do and I am sooo blessed that God have me this opportunity — that He nudged me to get out of my comfort zone.
So I nudge you.
I nudge you to live your best life.
I nudge you to serve.
I nudge you to help others.
I nudge you to make a difference.
I nudge you to get ahold of your life.
I nudge you to get up, rise up and go.
Stop saying you can’t.
Stop the negative self-talk.
Stop putting it off until Monday!!
Be honest about who you are and where you want to be.
Start where you are RIGHT NOW!
Take control of what happens next.
Girl, just dress up!👗
Want to start taking action in your life but not sure how?! Start making a difference, start working towards your best self, and start paying it forward.
You don’t have to have your entire life together to make a difference or to help others. You just got to have a heart to serve, a passion to help, and a drive to make a difference. ❤️ Link in the bio about how you can start now... 💕
Day 12 30 minuets of Cardio. Even while traveling i got it done
Today was a massive struggle all around. Work was just....ugh. The snack monster attacked. Zero desire to work out at all. I skipped out on walking at lunch and had🍕 instead. 🤷🏼♀️ I did suck it up and do day 12/90 tonight. I half assed it but I still did it. The squats were tough though. My knees are acting up. Think I need to restart the diclofenac again. #fitfam #fitness #fitmom #stepbet #bikinibodymommy #fitbitblaze #bbm90daycontest
there is a fitness craze going on...but if you see me walking, I'm walking after something; if you see me running, something is after me
A big shoutout to the folks at @goodfoodmadesimple
who sent me a very generous care package and hands down has the sweetest social media team out there! I have loved connecting with you and am so excited to use these coupons to try some new-to-me products!
Gimme all the fall things 🍎🍏🍂🍁
Coffee is tolerable again! And has been majorly helping to ward off headaches (and maybe nausea too??) so I’m rollin’ with it! Coconut iced coffee with cream from @dunkindonuts
🙌🏻 to kick off our Friday!
Treadmill intervals today 🏃🏼♀️👟
I’m a pretty sedentary person. I sit with my kids to do schoolwork. I sit yo read aloud. I sit to write my books. I do move around a fair amount with cleaning and chauffeuring and on days I co-op homeschool classes I’m very busy. But as a whole I don’t get a lot of exercise. ••••
But I know I need it because it’s healthy and I have to start with something. So...I’m counting my steps. Davis bought a Fitbit for me as an EARLY Christmas gift and I’ve had it for a few days and I love it! It really is helping to remind me to get up and take a quick walk around. Who said literature conversations with my 6th grader need to happen sitting down? Walking my driveway circle over and over isn’t weird at all either! 😂
10,000 steps are “recommended” but 8000 are good for a newbie...or so my fancy new Fitbit tells me. Lol Twice this week I’ve reached over my 8000 step goal and I’m happy about it.
Any other step counters out there!? What are your goals? Are you an avid walker or runner? Do you ever walk around your couch so your Fitbit fireworks that you met your goal? 🤣
