So workout done. Both challenges done for today was super glad to see a squat rest on the challenge with @fat2fitchickamanda200
Y’all the struggle for winter is real. It is cold. And right now 90% of my winter stuff is way to big. This is a sweat shirt I wore all the time. I am now in a medium! While I like to be comfy.. it’s like wearing a blanket lol.
Y’all have a great Wednesday!
I lost my Fitbit charger the other week and I finally found it today! I've been looking for new straps so I can match it too my mood so I may treat myself to some after Xmas #fitbitblaze #popfunko
Was pleased when looking at this progress picture of my back
Building good width and thickness
Most pleasing was how small my waistline looked👍

Pajamas, Netflix, and planning out my next 2 months!
Here's just some of what's going down!
🔹️January test group for a brand new workout program (still enrolling so claim your spot before they're gone!)
🔹️ 25th birthday is in exactly 1 month from today! And that weekend I get to hangout with coaching friends/family!
🔹️I get to go to Disney with some of my coaching bffs (and escape the winter weather)
🔹️I'm going on a 5 day free cruise with the leaders in our coaching company!
Okay so alot of it is coaching related but to be honest it's what makes me so excited to wake up in the Morning. Yes I might come home from work and have to "work" afterwards...but your dreams don't become reality if you're not willing to put the time into it. 💕
5 years ago I got my first Fitbit and it has probably been the best thing that has ever happened to me 😂
this month I’ve made a vouch to have 10,000 steps before 8am every day. ✔️🏃🏽♀️
>>> don’t even know why I bother trying to take outside photos 🤷🏻♀️😂🐕
I’ve never tried @elliquark
but I saw this at the store the other day and hadtohaveit. After snacking all morning, I dug into half of this for lunch and it was delicious! Banana flavored but not overly so, perfectly sweetened and super creamy! I’m curious to see what other “complete” flavors they have and can’t wait to add this to my breakfast/lunch rotation.
About time for another dirty mirror selfie, eh? 😉 I met with the high risk doctor yesterday who said I was “totally rocking out this twin pregnancy” and to be honest, that was just what I needed to hear. At 33 weeks, I’m feeling large and uncomfortable (all normal things) and it feels so nice to hear that from a medical standpoint, I’m doing great! Babies are measuring about 5 and a half pounds (baby girl) and about 6 pounds (baby boy), and it’s safe to say I’m feelin’ every ounce! I’m looking forward to starting physical therapy next week, but other than that, just making sure to soak in all the time with Landon and Charlie, while still getting some last minute organizing done. I’ve been saying this for WEEKS now but it’s crazy to think they really could be here any day now!
Look how pretty my Fitbit gets when I walk for an hour! These are my fave colors too. 💙💜 #fitbitblaze
2 years ago this seat would have been filled with chip bags and sodas. It’s crazy how you can see your life changes in different ways. There is nothing about this “mess” that I would change. It’s all the stuff from the gym this morning.
One decision to save my life has resulted in a snowball of awesome things. Weight loss being only a small piece of that. My physical limitations are all but gone. Tying my shoes, putting on socks, getting off the floor as quick as my 2 year old. The fact that mirrors don’t scare me and I’m not afraid of pictures. Or the fact that I actually stand in the mirror and flex.
This “mess” in my passenger seat just shows me the amazing decision I made for myself 2 years ago. A decision that I don’t regret not one second. Not even through the soreness or calorie counting!
How about a little chocolate to kick off your Tuesday morning?! I made these Rolo Pretzel Buttons for our MOPs cookie party tonight and it literally doesn’t get any easier! Swipe ⬅️ to see the other variety I made, Pretzel Turtles. The perfect combo of salty and sweet!
The photo on the right was my first cruise. 12 years or so ago. I was yo-yo dieting and nothing was ever successful cause I was truly doing it for all the wrong reasons.
I have now been able to maintain my weight loss for almost 3 months which for me is a victory far greater than the weight loss. Never stop working. Never stop reaching goals!!!
Started to think about my goals for 2019
These include work, family and fitness goals
While I already have most of these I am starting to put a plan to each one with a timescale attached
As the saying goes ‘A goals without a plan is just a wish’
