A little Sunday morning sweat sesh 😅
Leg Day 1 Week 6:
* Squats - High Bar
* Leg Press Machine
* Leg Extensions
* Weighted Calf Raises
Just a short clip of my squatting session. Being a minute since I last did regular squatting. Now determining which I like better between high bar and low bar squatting and how it targets my legs differently. I know my back is pretty strong so low bar squats could benefit me more to move heavier weight. But I think high bar targets my quads and glutes more for better muscle development versus just lifting heavy. Just anything fun thing to add and experiment in the gym with.
They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy;
Someone to love.
Something to do.
And something to hope for.
