4 years between these two Thanksgiving pictures.
And I look at them with so much emotion.
Proud, humbled, sad, all of the feels.
Picture number 1 takes me back to all the feels of the beginning of how our world changed for the worse and the better.
I had just finished my second challenge group as a challenger and I just found out I was being flown to LA to share my story and be part of the #21dayfix
My husband thought I was a little nuts,
My mother was still alive,
Dylan was just a baby,
And good grief, look at those girls!
Not your typical #transformationTuesday
, but it popped up in my newsfeed and all I could think of was SUSTAINABILITY of what we have control over. I can’t control losing my dad and mom, I can’t control aging, I can’t control the time, but I sure as hell can control my health and help my family control theirs.
Beyond proud of my kids for following in our footsteps and making healthy choices, staying active and persevering through tough times.
And beyond thankful that my husband has put up with my grief, my passion for health and fitness, and my little side gig.....coaching. I think he likes me coaching him too!
Love our little crew.
And looking forward to the next 4 years and beyond.💙 #familypictures
