Ciaoooo! : ~ QUADROTTI di MELE ~ Macros: F 5,5 C 85 P 24 - Sbattere con la frusta elettrica 125g di albume con circa 2g di cremor tartaro (o altro agente lievitante) - Incorporare 40g di yogurt di soia naturale - Incorporare le farine: 30g farina di riso, 30g di grano saraceno, 30g di miglio, 14g di tapioca - Aggiungere al composto 60g di mele frullate grossolanamente e 2g di olio di riso - Versa in una teglia di silicone così non ti devi sbattere a ungere o mettere carta da forno - Inforna a 180 gradi (forno statico) e dimenticatelo per 30’ - Prima di infornare ho spolverato la superficie con della cannella.
