First off I really don't love these post either but when you work hard for 3 months straight I think you are allowed to be proud of that.
The picture on the left was in May when I realized I had lost control over my nutrition. I had the mentality oh this won't matter or make a difference. Keep in my mind I was still working out 4-5 times a week. #cantoutrunabaddiet
Fast forward to now, I workout 4-5 times a week follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to my nutrition. I have overcome my binge eating which used to be so bad. I also didn't miss out on any celebrations(grad parties, July 4th, or my Bach party) either by restricting myself. After those celebrations I just got right back on track. Make eating healthy and working out a lifestyle and you will never diet again. 👊💞💪😊🤗

Day 2: Back and Bi's DONE!! 💪💪
Okay...I know it's only the second day of this new program...but this is what I know so far...
I am already sore...and have only worked out less than 40 minutes, these past 2 days.
It's only 4 workouts a week. #freedom
I am looking forward to my REST DAY TOMORROW, and having the WEEKENDS OFF...because of the soreness mentioned above 👆...AND because it allows me to do the other things in my life that I enjoy...like gardening, swimming, playing, hiking and just chilling with my family. 🌱🏊♀️🚴♀️🤼♀️🤸♂️🤹♀️🧘♀️
The meal plan is so easy to follow...I don't feel hungry or restricted at all.
There is one TREAT DAY a week...and I would be lying if I said I haven't been thinking and planning for it. 😂 #BBQburgers #pizzaNIGHT #wino

OH MY GOD!! Just did a 60 min #lesmills
body attack class. First one ever and don't I know it. I am absolutely dripping. However still did a swim and a full 25m underwater.
You may think that isn't impressive but let me tell you I grew up with Asthma and when I should have been out playing football and running around I couldn't even breath.
Thankfully living in Spain stopped the asthma and got me in to swimming. Then I joined the military and got in to fitness and adventure. I always volunteered for any exercise and to carry the heaviest kit as I wanted to prove I could to myself.
Now I am fit (ish) and healthy and can do all this stuff with no problems. I will never let it get back to that and will always fight to continue doing everything. This is why I am always active and love the outdoors and always up for an adventure (much to the despair sometimes of the missus who copes with my crazy schemes so well). I appreciate it so much more because I know what it means to not be able to do this.
I am also lucky I have a wife who encourages me and is happy to do this with me. Anyway enough of this old fart and I'll let you get back to scrolling.

Did some 2 sec pause front squats today. That is the hardest squat variation I have ever done. These type of variations can help push your body past stagnant growth phases. Go with a weight that is challenging but manageable.

loving your body isn't always easy, especially when so many people have opinions on it and aren't afraid to let you know them. This is your body though, and other people's opinion on it don't matter. That isn't to say that their opinions don't still hurt, they can. I think a big part of learning to love yourself is learning to release yourself from other people's judgements.
I've grown up under the idea that having a tattoo is a bad idea because you'll age and it will change and fade and look bad later on. fast forward to now and I have a large tattoo, and I love it. it doesn't matter if it looks bad and fades later in life (although I'm going to do my best to avoid that), but right now it reminds me of my journey to self-love, of my connection and love of nature, of personal growth, of life being a journey, of the journey of life, of every person's beautiful uniqueness, and it helps me feel beautiful in my skin. .

Dess huvudsakliga uppgift är att hålla kroppen stabilt upprätt när vi utför lyft såsom knäböj och marklyft för att skydda ryggraden. Vill man isolera magmuskulaturen finns det såklart övningar för detta där man aktivt utför olika typer av flexioner/rotationer utav bålen samt höjer bäckenet. Sen handlar det om att ha så pass lite fett på kroppen så musklerna poppar fram. Det finns alltså ingen magisk övning eller frekvens man ska göra för att få en instagramvänlig mage.

When I was little, I had such thick strong voluminous hair and my body weighed so little that my Dad would gather it all up into his fist and LIFT ME UP LIKE 6 FEET INTO THE AIR BY MY HAIR (as a game, I genuinely loved it and would laugh the whole time, it didn’t hurt one bit.
