Here’s what ya need for this shake:
•1 scoop Level-1 protein (vanilla or strawberry)
•1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries
•2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
•1 cup milk (I used almond)
•ice cubes as desired
Top w/ whipped cream & a PB drizzle 😋

🎄 A festive kale + apple salad with almond mustard dressing with allll the crunch (aka the best part): nuts, seeds, and dried fruit for a pop of sweetness. 🌿 For a #healthyhack

maple balsamic supersnacks (🙌🏼). Or make your own. Here's how:
MAPLE BALSAMIC NUT & SEED TOPPING
(Makes 2 1/4 cups)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
generous drizzle extra virgin olive oil
big pinch of salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together everything but the dried cranberries and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet, then bake 8-10 minutes until golden and toasted. Allow to cool to room temperature and then mix in the dried cranberries. Then, sprinkle the mixture over the kale and apple salad and enjoy! Store extras in an airtight container for up to a week.
