I've mentioned most of them in previous posts. I am trying to set you up for success not injury and failure! Know the signs and symptoms of catabolism (your body is eating away at itself) 1) Your resting heart rate is abnormal (too high usually). Remember when I said a heart monitor is a must? 2)You're insanely thirsty all of the time 3)Your muscle soreness just will not go away (I'm not talking a couple of days of soreness-I'm talking sometimes nearly a week) 4)Insomnia-this isn't usually your typical insomnia. I'm talking your body just cannot seem to relax but you feel EXHAUSTED! I often notice I get restless body syndrome is what I call it. My nervous system is out of control! 5)Depression and personality changes-irritability, lack of motivation, etc 6)Easily getting sick and constantly feeling run down 7)Complete lack of concentration especially at the gym 8)Increased pain and injury issues 9)Altered progress: I actually start to gain weight due to bloating and water retention-these are things you better be able to recognize as you get to know your bodies better. My joints get swollen and painful, I have a lot of digestive issues even though my diet hasn't changed, my scoliosis bother me more, etc. You MUST listen to your body and not your brain. your brain will always tell you you could be doing other things or it's just too hard but your body will tell a different story.
