If worked hard for this body, but not all the time. I've made sacrifices and had to change (bad) habits. I've known ups & downs, had to take breaks and had many times where I felt that I wasn't good enough, despite my efforts in working out and eating clean. Between work, traveling, partying and just enjoying life, I believe in the balance of keeping my body, mind and spirit healthy.
Is it easy? No. It is worth it? Absolutely. Is it necessary? No doubt.
For those who think they can't, and find it useless to even start, let me tell you that the only thing you need to start is, you, and the right mindset. People have no idea what they can accomplish, as long as they put their minds to it, and find ways that suit them to accomplish their goals, which will ultimately reflect in how you feel & how you see yourself.
Trust me, you got everything it takes. .

I have to be honest, i have been slacking so much with this last week. I don't know about any of you but I have to be in a routine, and once I get out of that routine even if for a few days, I truly feel like giving up, yet again.
Thats the constant battle I have with myself. I was in powerlifting in high school so I always feel like I can go back to the "athlete" way of eating. And once I cheat I always feel like i have to punish myself. Whether that be extra cardio, I skip lunch, or just skip eating in general. Or! Id make people tell me that I have gained weight just so i could hear it! So unhealthy and I hated that about myself. ⭐But then i have moments where I can TAKE a moment and look and see a transformation. And see the progress ive made thus far and how much further I can go, its not a sprint its the journey you go on. I may not be the best at what I'm trying to accomplish here which in my head i do have goals. I just hope I can be the reason to inspire someone to make a change for themselves.⭐
It feels good to look in a bathroom mirror and not immediately start picking apart your flaws. It’s something I’m still working on daily. But today I looked in that mirror and felt strong.💪
I honestly haven't felt this good about where I'm at and my body in a while. Being confident in shorts and a tank top is not something I have always felt. .
So much skin is showing, the shorts can cut into your sides giving you muffins or the thick thighs, you see all the cellulite and everything else you may not love. And I've been self conscious about ALL of these things before so I know.😔
But today, today is different. Today I looked in the mirror and FELT GOOD, felt STRONG and lean. That's worth celebrating! 🎉 Celebrate your body and all it does for you, you are BEAUTIFUL!! ❤️

Recipe for these Chocolate Banana Protein Overnight Oats:
1 scoop of "Chocolate Nut Dream Cream" Whey Protein (by @esncom
1/2 a banana
50 grams of oats
100 ml of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the ingredients together, cover, put it in the fridge over night and a delicious breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning! 😋 I topped my oats with pomegranate seeds, banana and coconut flakes 🌴
Macros (without toppings):
367 cals -> 44.8 C/ 6.6 F/ 30.3 P
They were amazing but just a smidgen too sweet in my opinion, so if you want them to be less sweet don't put a whole scoop of protein powder in and maybe just a quarter of a banana 🙈
Now I think I'll go prepare some overnight oats for breakfast tomorrow 😅😋
