More FST-7 chest work! Today I did a rehash of the @hanyrambod
routine I found online. I wanted to do it (or something close) at least 4 weeks in a row before changing it up again, and today makes 4 weeks. Still really digging the workout and felt sore the next day after every session which is always a good sign -- heck I'm sore now and I just finished a few hours ago! It's very efficient too - I like how it doesn't require a bunch of different setups. Just a simple incline bench and a cable machine. Quick & awesome - give it a try!!

3 x 15 incline push ups
3 x 15 DB shoulder press
6 x 8-15 incline DB chest press
5 x 8-15 incline DB flys
5 x 6-15 DB chest press
7 x 10-15 cable flys

this morning. Yep. Usually that time of the month it is triggered. Sorry guys! So... Today I threw on my "Working out is Cheaper Than Therapy" shirt, reminded myself that everything is going to be just fine, and pushed play! Working out increases #endorphins
and is such a great attitude changer!

This week, I started phase 3 of my program and I’ve already had to modify my workout.

While doing my fasted cardio, I watched a YouTube video and @willsmith
said something that really resonated with me. Self discipline is self love. 🌟
Competing has been more of a spiritual and mindset journey for me. The physical part of working out is easy. Eating lots of clean food regularly is easy. Who Doesn't like eating 5-6 times a day yet constantly see gains? Who Doesn't like the endorphins and euphoria that is felt after a workout? 🌟
It's the letting go of FOMO, forgetting the junk food, learning to build real body confidence and fighting off the voices of doubt that make competing tough. It's learning to push past when your mind comes up with a million excuses saying it's ok to skip a workout or to eat foods that will slow down your progress. 🌟
Self discipline is when you can say, "I choose to make better choices with food because I love myself too much. I want to fuel my body with nutrients and not allow myself feel guilty, lethargic or terrible as I know doing so will lead to that." Self discipline is when you can say "Even though I am feeling lazy, I am going to kill this workout because I love myself and want to improve my health and body. I love myself enough to allow myself to feel accomplishment and the endorphins after the workout."
Will Smith hit it on the nail. Self discipline is not punishment. It is self love. ❤

C’est l’exercice principal du programme 💣. En effet, il va être plus facile de soulever lourd ici car c’est un exercice d’ensemble, ce qui permettra d’augmenter l’activation des triceps et d’avoir un meilleur résultat 🙏💯. C’est un excellent “mass builder” pour vos triceps 🐣.
On placera ses mains sur la barre à hauteur des épaules. 🚫Attention à ne pas coller ses mains ici car cela mettrait trop de pression sur les poignets. Une prise égale à la largeur des épaules et efficace pour stimuler les triceps.
🌟 Petit conseil : quand vous descendez la barre, vérifiez bien qu’elle est placée au niveau du bas de vos pectoraux (juste en dessous de vos tétons) dans le but de protéger vos épaules d’éventuelles blessures.
