The thruth, i've been bulking and gained weight in the past two- three months, I don't look lean anymore.
College has been extremely taxing so most I can be at the gym is 1 hr-40 mins max, (I feel ya my youth. ) -
Been prioritizing and learning other things to be quite honest. Also trying to improve photography/videography skills.
Finally, I said I would post a daily picture but this was fair from being realistic, because quality over quantity. -

Abs and chest today!! Feeling good even though my calories are restricted. It honestly is kind of freeing, like using a budget. If I only have 300 calories left, I’m definitely going to choose wisely instead of eating whatever and bingeing all evening lol! 😂 👍🏻

Positive visualization is a technique that many people swear by. They think about all the things that they want from their life – be it getting that promotion to losing 20lbs – then they imagine themselves achieving their goals.
The point is to focus so hard on the things you want that you start to believe they have already happened to you, or at least that there is no option but to succeed. #positivethinking

A quick little transformation to capture how much I have and/or haven’t changed over the past few years. It’s funny because looking at where I am now (the photo on the right) versus where I was 2 years ago, the pictures seem fairly comparable. But it’s what you can’t see that has made me so much different. I have struggled with bouts of not eating, of overeating, and my weight has gone up and down accordingly all due to myself being overly critical of my body. I struggle most with balance and with burning out, which is what I want to address within myself by posting on this page. I have tried to adapt an all fitness, all clean eating mindset before and did not realize it was too late until I lost 10 pounds and any butt and boobs I had before 🙈. And then did a 180 and decided that maybe loving my body meant partying and eating whatever I wanted and that I would never achieve a point where I was consistently proud or happy with what I looked like. I am finally in a much more healthy place but that’s not to say that I’m not constantly learning and working on how to moderate everything in my life in a healthy and non-extreme way. And even though these two pictures look fairly similar, 2016 me was in an entirely different headspace. So just a little reminder that you are constantly growing in ways that you might not realize right now🤗🤗🤗
Some days freedom is me packing up my laptop and taking work to a new destination like Mexico, or Disneyland.... other days it’s me working from my phone from the bathroom floor as I try to nurse a kitty via bottle while hunting for her mom (aka today).
Both days I’m equally as grateful because that freedom is NOT something I always had! It’s something I had to work for! But I promise you, if I could make time for it then so can you because when I started coaching I was a full time college student teaching high school full time and commuting two hours a day. Sooooo I was away from the house from 6am - 10pm. If you want something bad enough you will find a way!
