I’ve had an immense pleasure reconnecting with my soul these past few months on the deepest of levels. I feel so refreshed so renewed in ways that I can only try to explain. Try these resistance band pushups for a finisher!
Hit a chest workout yesterday and with a little inspiration from @bprater03
and his post, I tried to hit a finisher of my own to really burn out the muscles.
Use burnout sets to achieve more muscle growth, but don’t abuse it. Too much can lead to injury.
Here’s a full body HIIT circuit I did before hitting my lifts 🔥 I completed 4 rounds, 45 seconds each.
Tip 1️⃣ you aren’t limited to just the cardio machines when doing HIIT. You can choose your own exercises. Also HIIT targets fat and not muscle and steady state cardio can sometimes do.
Tip 2️⃣ Limit the amount of rest between each round to keep the heart rate up and reap all benefits of HIIT.
Tip 3️⃣ if you’re short on time but still want to get a good workout in at home or in the gym, HIIT is the wya to go 🔥
