For those that train, it can bear mirror to your life. By examining one, you can come to understand the other.
I’m big on tempo, momentum can do a lot of things for and against you. No momentum, very little gets done it can become more challenging. If the ball is rolling you’re on the cusp of unstoppable.
If you find yourself not getting where you want in life or in training, change up the tempo.
Slow it down, speed it up, or freeze it.
It all will teach you something on what works and what doesn’t.
