Monday’s = Rundays 👟🙌🏾 Do you have a start of the week ritual? - I like to start my week with a run, to clear away the cobwebs and get my mind ready for the week ahead! - I’m excited to share that the first of my postnatal plans is almost ready 🎉 and this one is for running Mama’s! - This plan is filled with tips of how to start running, why, which routes to chose, what exercises can best support athletics and which running pram might suit you best! - For now here’s three tips to getting started on a run as a mum! - 1. If running with a pram, chose even surfaces and fairly flat routes to begin with! Jogging with a stroller requires core strength and balance and this will make it more challenging then going solo! .2 If running with baby for the first time try to head out during the morning nap to begin with, as this will allow baby to snooze while you get used to the feeling of picking up speed with a stroller. .3 If you have multiple kids and can’t easily get out with a buggy, use the exercises provided in my plan ( focusing on core stability, lower body and shoulder strength) and try to run solo at the weekends or when you can find help with the kids. - Remember❗️ My Monday Mama Moves will still be out later today and this time they’re filmed with my own Mama in tow!!! 🤗🤗 Happy Monday friends! #stronglikemum - P.s as a bonus tip for all runners ; protect your eyes! I always use #adidassporteyewear 🕶 It genuinely improves my run! There are different lenses for different light and routes. It doesn’t need to be sunny to need eyewear, in glare, with uneven ground and with wet weather your eyes will need protection too!

Cake for breakfast? Not quite, but it tastes just as good. Carrot cake porridge.😍 Into the pot went one medium grated carrot and 30g of oats. Stirred over a low heat with water (or milk or alternative depending on your preference). I added some cinnamon and nutmeg. Once it was nice and thick I added 150mls of egg whites (because it is my preferred protein source after the gym so you don't have to add this) and then 15g of walnuts!
Pan seared Flat head with my delicious Cauliflower rice that packs a fresh herb flavour punch, ginger, tumeric and toasted walnuts.
