Guys, I did it. 🙌🏻 I made it through the weekend without bingeing, I tracked my macros and planned ahead for success. 😊 To say that I’m happy, proud, and motivated would be a serious understatement. I can’t remember the last time I went a whole weekend without veering off track into the enticing world of Reese’s, brownies, pizza and other assorted treats. But not this time...And tonight we were tired when we got home but I whipped up this yummy dinner of chicken kabobs and bruschetta 😋 Colorful, healthy and tasty too. Happy 7 Months Postpartum to ME!!! Been a great 7 Months on my Postpartum Health and Fitness Journey. Today I’m not posting any side by sides of my progression of my stomach, abs, or overall figure.
This journey is much more then what physical progressions your making. It’s about mental ones. It’s about doing things that make you feel good. It’s about loving yourself and your body for what it is. It’s about being consistent with your eating habits and your workouts not for overall physical appearance but for your overall healthy.
Yes I’m 7 months Postpartum and not showing any side by sides or transformations. The only thing you’ll see here is a healthy lady who feels amazing, I feel the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been, I’ve been consistent with myself and throughout my Postpartum Health and Fitness Journey. So first I love my body, I love myself, I love being a mom, I love that I love caring about myself, and I love that I haven’t given up on myself because my girls are watching me.
Soooo Happy 7 Months to my healthiest self both physically and mentally! ❤️

And just like that we hit the half way mark of this challenge. For the next 2 weeks we build off the foundation we have built, the friendships we gained and the support to continue to reach for our fitness goals!! .
To say these ladies are transforming is an understatement. We are showing each other so much support, love and kind words because we all agree that: losing weight is hard, eating right is a constant struggle and it get extremely frustrating when you're sore and the self doubt creeps in.... .
THAT is when these ladies KNOW someone from our team is standing beside them reaching out to lift them back up. .
You can try every single fad diet, pill, tea, wrap and other "quick fixes" out there but unless you're will to do that FOREVER then what happens when stop? .
Instead, maybe just eating the right food in the right amount for your current weight loss goals, working out for 30 minutes and gaining an entire army of support....would be a better fit!! .
October 6th......let's make A REAL CHANGE....one that will last forever! .
