I ❤ working out in group fitness 🏃 classes. I have met so many amazing ladies 💄over the years. But lets face it, going to the gym for a 20 to 60 min workout is actually a 2 + hour process.
Whether you have a commute or you have to pack up the kids, its a process and its time ⏳ consuming.
Working out from home saves me hours of 🚘travel, fuel, time & I'm not about to chance these icy Winter ❄roads we have been experiencing in the North!
With minimal equipment (which is much cheaper than any gym membership), I am able to get in the same workouts in less time.
With 👙 Beachbody, I am able to maintain that group fitness environment, pre-planned workouts & I have even more support 🙌 than ever before!

Today’s run also turned into nap time haha. It was my last run for week 5 of couch to 5K. I’m a few days late on it but I had a chest cold this past weekend and decided to take a few days off to rest and just get better, I plan on getting my running days back on track so that I finish week 6 on Friday. It’s my last week of interval running and I’m ready to take it on!

🚫👎🤷🤦 We can still enjoy the magic of Thanksgiving cusine, just little changes here and there, will take you to a peaceful place where you feel like you're indulging but no feeling the pain of regret. 😉👆 1-Eat as healthy as you can before the big meal, yes, you read it right!
2-Always start with a plate of fresh veggies.
3-Dress to impress, save the baggy saggy clothes for another occasion.
4-Make single-size version of decadent dishes.
5-Choose booze or sugar.
6-Eat colorful plates.
7-Enjoy high-calorie food in smaller portions.
8-Don't eat just bc the food is there, save the calorie intake for the dish you love.
9-Join the clean up crew! Keep your mind busy and away from high calorie goodies, or going for seconds or thirds!
