Yep it was leg day. I wanted to get some pictures and video in but umm, that shit was intense... to the point that I puked ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคฃ I do have to say I am super proud of myself though. Well I got my leg day in! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ”ฅWarmed up with 30secs of butt kickers, pulse squats, alternating lunges and jump squats for 2 rounds then it was on to my leg strength/Plyo superset dropsets that I used for camps this morning. First superset was heavy(ish) deadlifts 135# & speed skaters(2:1) 15,12,10,8,6 Then same rep scheme for ๐Ÿ’ฅRing pistol squats(2:1)& ring jump squats ๐Ÿ’ฅHeavy(ish) glute Bridges 90# & Jump Lunges ๐Ÿ’ฅHeavy(ish) Squat 135# & Hallelujah Jump Squats and the final superset of ๐Ÿ’ฅSlider Lunges(2:1) and 180* Uneven Jump Squats (2:1) before finishing up with ๐Ÿ’ฅ50 High 5 Jump squats with my imaginary friend. ๐Ÿคช My butt is on ๐Ÿ”ฅ already. Winter Storm Day Creation! Bbq Jack Fruit Skillet Potatoes! 1. Skillet fry potatoes in olive oil for 15-20 minutes. Seasoned with Soul On Everything and Black Pepper. 2. I used used 12.5lbs weights for 1 round then 10lbs for 3 rounds) Knocked a couple of minutes off my time, even with going a little heavier for 1 round! Time: 18:48 (last week was 21:05).
