My biggest dream and goal as a child, was to be a mother. When I then went on to having issues trying to have a baby at just 24, it really turned my world upside down. I wondered if I would ever get to be a mum. I had 2 miscarriages and then after that, had problems even falling pregnant for about 13 months. This has made me quite passionate about sharing my story about how I went on to be a mum. What I learnt and tried, hoping it will help someone else. The difference eating the right foods can make, is amazing! I didn't eat terribly before, but my body still wasn't coping. I had to change things around a bit, to take as much pressure as possible off my body. To make sure my body was in the best possible position to conceive and carry a baby. The weekend is a great time to relax and recharge but Monday is a great day to start that goal chasing, dream living life! Every morning Noah and I say our morning prayer and thank God for another glorious day. A day of exciting opportunities, fun adventures and endless chances to share love, cuddles and happiness with our family and friends. If you are one of those people who go to bed on Sunday night dreading Monday morning then I believe it’s time to make some changes in your life. I used to hate Monday’s too, now they are actually my favourite day of the week! (Well after Saturday when it’s sleep in and cuddle time with my husband and son on his first day off). A beautiful weekend away relaxing with my family got me thinking 🌊 Two days off has left me refreshed this Monday morning! I hit the pavements for a run at 7am while this wee water princess slept. I did return to her lying in her bassinet in the bathroom with dad being taught how to shave, apply hair gel and 'get ready for work' 🤣 #daddysgirl . However that's a diff story. . The weekend reminded me how Important it is to have rest days, physically and mentally. It is amazing to have that goal to strive for BUT we must remember to enjoy the journey and the present moment. You will STILL reach this goal but you won't ever have these days back. Working toward something does not mean that this day is any less worthy than when you are at the place you think you want to be -. I am so grateful for these moments and only wish sometimes time could stand still. Do you know what I noticed today whilst trying to find a thumbnail for my latest youtube video? There's hardly any recent selfies on my phone.... Which sounds random but when I was in my whole fitness daze I was constantly posting photos of my progress and taking selfies and that took over from photos of my family. This makes me feel super proud with where I am now! Eating healthily to feel good, exercising to feel good, not to look a certain way. Fun selfies with my children are far more interesting ❤️
I’m a very happy bunny right now😊 this year has taught me a lot. I’ve learnt so much regarding training and nutrition after completing my level 3 in PT and training and competing in 2 bodybuilding competitions! Last year I started #macrotracking and tried my own bulk. I thought I’d done well but looking back, being naturally lean I didn’t really gain much at all☹️ so I’m working along side my coach who got me through my 2nd prep (took 3rd and 2nd and received my pro card👏🏻) thanks coach☺️ I’m not doing it alone this time..... I’ve become abit of a pro at macro tracking after doing it for so long., however whilst on prep I followed a #mealplan set out so tracking wasnt needed. It was pretty much chicken, rice, veg and oats etc... You get more leeway during #offseason so I’m back onto it now. Yayy. However I am still abit of a robot, I like to eat the same things during the day but like the flexibility to change things up at dinner time. Then every few weeks I’ll change my food during the day up, that’s the beauty of tracking macros! All said and done though, I wouldn’t suggest you come away from a ‘plan’ if your training and you have the ‘I can eat anything I want cos it fits my macros’ mentality 😔 that’s not what it’s all about. So it’s goodbye greens🖕🏻 with every meal and hello mashed avo on rice cakes. I know, not exciting to some but I love it! (My idea of a cheat meal is cereal and some crumpets🤣) . . La cuestión es que a la hora de pensar: “quiero perder peso” pues empezamos a plantearnos que “desde HOY”: 1. Dejaremos los dulces 2. No tomaremos más gaseosa 3. Eliminaremos el azúcar 4. Dejaremos de comer “esto” que me tanto te encanta 5. Nos olvidaremos para siempre de tomar jugos y cualquier otra bebida que no sea agua 6. Empezaremos a comer 500 veces al día 7. Cocinaremos todas las comidas 8. Empezaremos hacer ejercicio todos los días 9. Mediremos y pesaremos hasta el último gramo de alimento que entre por nuestras bocas 10. Y por su puesto NO COMEREMOS JAMÁS 1 LÁCTEO porque “según” son el enemigo !!! ———————————————— 😦 Lo que no entendemos es que cuando caemos en extremos lo primero que pasa es que tú cerebro explota 🤯 y como los niños se pone rebelde por eso esas ganas de “empezar” no llegan a veces al martes. 😵 ¿Que arrancar requiere sacrificios? Si clarooo!!! Porque todo cambio, toda salida de la zona de confort evidentemente requiere un sacrifico pero si tú: - Tomas refresco todos los días y empiezas hacerlo solo 3 días a la semana. - No haces nada de ejercicio y empiezas a hacer algo al menos 3 días. - Comes porciones muy grandes y empiezas a disminuirlas. ¿No te parece que hacer ese cambio es bastante? Siempre queremos ir a los extremos cuando empezamos algo y nos volvemos TODO O NADA, y por eso la mayoría de las dietas no empiezan o no se mantienen y se quedan en NADA!!! ———————————————— 🔝Observa la foto, y analiza como un simple cambio marca tana diferencia!!! Así que deja de hacer lo mismo de siempre porque así jamás arrancarás en serio... piensa bien y analiza ¿por donde empezarías hoy?

Hacemos una comida bien al día el trabajo está hecho y veremos resultados en... 3,2,1🤭 2. Cómo pensar que hacer una comida mala DAÑARÁ TODO LO BUENO!! Mejorar tu alimentación significa entender que: 1. Debes dejar de hacer dietas y empezar a cambiar hábitos, empieza por anotar cuáles hábitos te gustaría cambiar y cuáles te gustaría adquirir, eso sería un paso muy importante 2. Empieza a preocuparte en aprender a comer, pero como debes por salud y el resultado será que a demás conseguirás tu objetivo estético, si lo haces de la mano de un profesional MEJOR!!! 3. Aprender a tener control, en todos los aspectos, no es volverte loco COMIENDO ni tampoco MORIR DE HAMBRE, es encontrar el equilibrio, ese donde tus hábitos buenos tengan el control pero además que te gusten, eso hará que esos hábitos rebeldes no marquen la diferencia! 4. No te auto castigues, EPA si comiste mal un día, al día siguiente come bien y ya está, no cambiará nada porque hagas 3 horas de cardio y 24 horas de ayuno al contrario ESO LO EMPEORA!!!! 🤓 ¿CONCLUSION? EQUILIBRIO, CONTROL, y MEJORA DE HÁBITOS, no hay más claves para empezar a mejorar tu vida!
