Well I’m not kidding when I say on Tuesday I did this for half n hour
I have a video coming next week that I filmed in this day it’s a raw sit down discussing how my head was that day
It’s been a rough few days and I see the next few weeks coming will be hard
My due date of the baby I lost is approaching and I don’t know how to react other than hate myself and when I have one negative though about myself the rest follow through
Today I woke up and though why am I wasting my time doing this ?
I have turned my back on my self and my progress
I have lost 30 kgs
YES THIRTY FUCKING KILOS
Why am I letting myself not be happy and proud of how far I have come and all the lessons I have learnt along the way
Changing our mindset is hard like REALLY HARD
But I need to take time to do this for myself , for Zendaya and for Masi
Because I sometimes let it effect us all

It makes me so sad to see the amount of fresh produce that has been destroyed due to the needle contamination. Jobs are being lost and farming families losing out from this. Just cut the strawberries up!! Next time you're out getting fruits and veggies make sure to grab a couple punnets of strawberries, I'm certainly still buying them ❤🍓

I've learnt now, not to use exercise as a form of punishment for my body 🙅🏼but rather as a celebration of how freaking incredible it IS!!!
Remember 'exercise' doesn't have to be slogging it at the gym, we need to keep moving, improve strength and stability to FUNCTION at our optimal level 💪🏼 .

Just a little reminder that everything you see on the internet isn’t reality.
I have rolls when I bend over, and a somewhat flat stomach when I stand up, and can assure you so do all the other fit people you look up to. It’s HUMAN to have SKIN. Yes obviously the less body fat you hold the smaller the rolls but everyone has them no matter the size.
I’m currently holding a lil more fat as I’m trying to grow this stubborn booty of mine so my calories are up, and I enjoy a drink at night and snacks 🥂🍩 but ain’t nothing wrong with it! As long as you’re happy, healthy and moving your body a few times a week you’re already becoming the best version of yourself, size and weight is irrelevant at the end of the day 🤷🏼♀️✨🌻

Some mornings everything goes right. You wake up before your alarm goes off. Your morning exercise feels like playtime. The coffee tastes better. Your outfit is on point and you feel like you could conquer the world 🌍
Other days are not like that all!!!
And while you can’t prevent every unfortunate a.m. situation that might come your way, there are a few things you can do to encourage your mornings in that direction so you can make the most out of the rest of your day, too.
If you wake up energised, you’re going to carry that energy through the rest of the day, Starting your morning with little “wins” like having an outfit picked out and ready to go, working out to release those happy endorphins, eat a nutritious breakfast, have your days meals prepped ready to go and leave on time (I’m still working on that last one 😉) primes your brain to work toward more “wins” and successes throughout the day!

💦💦 definitely helped clear my lungs after that nasty cold I got Monday 🤒
I drink lots of water & I am obsessed with it, & I’m annoyingly telling people how good water is all excited as if I discovered it myself & then pouring everyone some.
My kids love it 😆😒😆
But as much as I regularly drink 2L- 3L daily now - I’m new to the drinking water habit.
The only water I consumed prior to my last 18months of fitness lifestyle...Is the water that you put in coffee.
Unless you’re counting all clear liquids... & then there’s plenty of Alcoholic Spirits I can add to that list. Haha 🤦🏼♀️
So... anyway. Forming the water habit is actually harder than just drink-water. So incase it helps, here’s my experience on learning to drink all the water :)
1) get a drink bottle that you 💜 & take it everywhere. Know how much it can hold.
2) don’t refill it until it is empty... if you’re leaving the house,quickly finish it off. Then tick off or mark down somewhere your consumption.
3) set a timeframe. Finish a bottle by lunch, then another before dinner. As that goes on, you can bring your times closer together & get more bottles in.
I have a 750ml drink bottle & I finish it before morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner. I add more for a workout & randomly.
I also have a 1L I use sometimes & I keep that same timeframe but stop at 3:30. Sometimes I find drinking as early as possible in the day stops me from peeing all night.
4) drink tea or infused water in winter when cool refreshing water isn’t as appetising.
5) get ready to pee, like a lot... like... all the time. Haha!
Haha. But really, water has been SO noticeably life changing for me. My skin, hair, everything! It’s a game changer & you’ll thank yourself for it 🙌🏻💜
