Got to mess around after my workout and tried some new exercises for #COREKV2 .0 !!! There was no way I could finish #corekv without making another. I have fallen in love with it and after talking to my CORE FIT FAM I think I can say they have too & are wanting a second program, which makes my heart so happy!! ❤️❤️❤️ Sooo if you are also interested leave your favorite exercise / muscle group to train in the comments & I will see if I can incorporate it in! WHAT SHOULD YOU BE EATING FOR BREAKFAST ? 👅 ⠀
If you've been following me for a while, you know I don't mess around with breakfast 👸🏼
Its key to
A) Getting me out of bed and B) not dying of hunger before lunch.
But I hear so many clichés about breakfast that I had clear things up:
1 - Yes, you can eat bread. No need to substitute it with some low carb crackers.
2 - Despite what some try to make you believe, low fat yogurt with fruits with an orange juice is not a healthy breakfast, quality wise as well as quantity wise.
3 - Is there a perfect breakfast ? I don't think so. Yet, some are definitely better than others : I love cereals, but its pretty much the opposite of what you need for breakfast - sugar that will spike your insulin for the day. This is why I tend to have more savory breakfasts, and rich in protein, which will be best assimilated by your blood 👍🏼
And it tastes so good 😍

Here’s to simple meals that taste amazing! Love this recipe

Protein 28 - Carbs 15 - Fat 35 + Fibre 8 grams
Ghee (5 grams)
Courgette / Zucchini (300 grams)
Cherry Tomatoes (100 grams)
Avocado (1/2 medium / 60grams)
3 Pasture Raised Eggs
Chilli Flakes + Nigella Seeds + Celtic Salt
1. Preheat Oven to 180c + Preheat Cast iron skillet (increases heme iron) or ovenproof pan
2. Spiralise the Courgette / Zucchini + Slice Tomatoes in quarter
3. Add ghee to the pan + Add the courgettes & sauté until softened (3mins)
4. Spread out the Zoodles to 3 areas of pan and make a Nest
5. Crack egg into the middle of each nest and then transfer pan to oven to cook for approx 3-4 minutes until just set
6. Remove from Oven & Enjoy straight from the pan (do not burn yourself which I’ve done hundred times forgetting pan is HOT 🔥 lol)

Lets take a moment to remember that being HEALTHY is so much more than just having “abs”, being able to run a marathon or being able to squat 2X your body weight.
HEALTH encompasses soo much more than that, and whilst you may not realise, there are MANY out there who have much iller health than you.
So when you start dreading your next workout or next batch of vegetables, remember that some people would be SO GRATEFUL to have that opportunity! 💞🙏🏽

🍑 GLUTES & HAMMIES 🍑 the resistance band is a 👌🏽 addition to stiff leg deadlifts ☠️ also it’s super sped up, so don’t try to move that fast 😂 but the triset of abductors, pulses, and kickbacks was such a good glute burn!!

Finally back after a whole month off! 😩 Transitioning from a self employed PT to working 9-5 was a million times harder than I imagined! Firstly finding a gym that suits me best. I started at a cheap 24hr gym 30 minutes away and I NEVER WENT. I felt guilty everyday and was feeling more tired and grumpy so I bit the bullet and moved to a (much 😬) more expensive gym and I love it.
I also thought getting into a daily routine would suit me best, not realising that being self employed meant I could train whenever I felt the motivation to throughout the day. But now I need to force myself to go even when I’m tired, it’s the end of the day, and I’m not at all motivated!
But I’m very very happy to finally be back into training everyday and I’m feeling so motivated! Nothing’s stopping me 👊🏼

After a week of starting new jobs and family events I’ve been off training for a week AND my diet has been pretty awful! But a truly fresh start this week and FINALLY deciding on a gym to join 🙌🏼 I’ve been missing feeling great everyday but I’m back ❤️🔥

I’ve had an EXTREMELY busy week! Admittedly haven’t trained for about 5 days and I’m feeling rubbish because of it, but have been working on improving myself whilst I’ve not been training! Without metal fitness, you wouldn’t have the capability of gaining that physical fitness 💪🏼 Searching around for the perfect gym to join at the moment and I can’t wait to get back on it 🙌🏼💪🏼 starting to feel like a piece of me is missing 😂💔
