I wasn’t used to failing at lifting and hated it but what I didn’t realize failure is the best thing you can do as a lifter. Because I’ve failed I’ve been more motivated to come back and hit it again. Because I’ve failed I’ve learned to see obvious technique flaws, position flaws and more while my conventional is strong as my sumo I was so afraid of it because I thought sumo was bad for my hips when conventional was worse for my hips. I saw my butt show up and I was attempting to muscle up weight that was more than twice my size _ The beginning of 2018 I found myself in a funk. That drastically affected my numbers I didn’t even want to deadlift and struggled moving 275lbs off the floor. _ Don’t ever sell yourself short because emotions. Never get caught up in how you feel. It can be a tricky thing and can mess us up whether we’re deadlifting or just on a weight loss journey. I had to remind myself to get up and fail everyday if that’s what it took until I succeeded. _ Quitting, quitting is for losers, losers that are afraid of living up to their potential or hurting a bit of being sore or in pain. There are days I’m at the gym even when I’m tired or have clients or not feeling it. _ In layman’s term I used the word failure because that’s how it is seen. To me, I never failed. I may not have gotten the lifts those days. But I did eventually and that simply just isn’t failure to me. Failure is when you throw the flag in and decide to quit pursuing your goals and dreams. That’s failure. For lidt over to måneder siden tog jeg den bedste beslutning længe - at få lavet permanente bryn hos @bysahl. Faktisk har jeg gået og overvejet det næsten et år, for det er et stort spring at tage. Dengang vidste jeg nemlig ikke helt hvad det var, og som mange andre tænkte jeg “shit, tatoverede øjenbryn! Been receiving messages regarding what’s the best bicep/tricep workout. There are plenty. I believe building muscle depends on 2 factors. Intensity of workout and food. Even though I used the Weider principle called confusion training and I never really did the same workout 2x in a row I found the below bicep and tricep workouts effective. As you can see it’s basic. I’m not hanging from upside down on machines or angles that make no sense. I kept it simple and I went hard. It worked and still works for me. I hope this works for you. Give it a try.
