Time to unwind after a jam packed incredible day.... tonight is our closing ceremony at the Lucas Oil Stadium and they're going to have the Beachbody Challenge transformation contestants there! I am excited to see people in real life and hear their inspiring transformation stories. It really goes to show nothing is impossible if you have the right Support, Program, and Will to change! I’ve worked out in fully-equipped gyms, backyards, fields, hotel courtyards, gross dank basements, my bedroom, and this space. Our space. My husband and I wanted a space in which we could go to escape the world, ourselves, (and sometimes each other), and immerse into a workout. We took a room in our basement, got a modified power rack to fit the short ceiling, invested in weight plates, a barbell, a few sets of dumbbells, and I typically bring my iPad downstairs with my tripod and set up my mobile workout station because I have a subscription to one of the largest fitness libraries that exists.
