Many stages of potty training! He’s pretty good at telling us that he needs to go to the bathroom. It’s usually just 10 seconds too late.
So we bribe. If you use the potty, you get a chocolate kiss. And, it’s working! He’s just not always happy in the process like this time. Other times he’ll sit there for 30-minutes at a time just reading a book. 😂😂

It’s Monday, a new day, a new week, a new start. You can view it in so many different ways.
Since I got onboard the ship, I have dipped in & out of routines more than I dip my crisps & dip (which is a lot). And recently, if I’m being honest with myself, I have felt SO out of whack. My diet hasn’t been the best, my skin has suffered from it & over the past few weeks, my anxiety has started to hit me at least once a day. I’m very aware that creating a new routine or habit takes time, it doesn’t just happen over night. Which is why I’ve decided to, rather than jump straight into the routine I believe is right for me now & do everything at the same time, is to week by week, add either one or two elements back into my routine. Slow & steady wins the race as they say. 🐢
So this week, my main focus is getting my diet back on track because my appetite has really been appalling these past few weeks which I believe to be another reason to add to the anxiety that I’m feeling, & to add my meditation back into my morning routine to calm my mind. I know that by finding that time in a morning in the silence, focusing on my breathing helps me stay focused & calm throughout the day so I know this is an element I need to add into my daily routine & probably something I’ll always have to do.
✨ I’m very much looking forward to getting myself back on the wagon.

issa Monday and that means meal prep! I went super easy this week, since I only needed to prep for 3 days thanks to good ol thanksgiving 🦃
This weeks lunches are roasted garbanzo beans and veggies over brown rice. I went super basic with the seasoning, just some salt and pepper and cloves of garlic.
