💪🏼STARTER/FINISHER SHOULDER WORKOUT💪🏼& Life Update🚨Guys! These past two weeks have been crazy! I resigned from my marketing job and started a brand new one right away. I’m honestly not a big fan of change (anyone else?🙋‍♀️) so I’ve been feeling super anxious and not 100% myself...but of course learning everything I’ll do in my job and meeting new people, so FUN TIMES! ❤️ Anywhoooo, if you’re looking to tone your shoulders, this routine is the 💣. What i did- as a finisher, 20 reps of each exercise, no rest in between - 2 sets💪🏼. Here’s a couple of movements using the kettlebell. Whenever I’m short on time or just want a quick workout, I prefer the kettlebells, which allows me to get a quick yet effective workout • • Training with the kettlebell is a combination of cardio and strength training. Most importantly it’s functional versus isolated training on machines. • • Kettlebell training consists of whole-body movement exercises. It’s well-known that compound, whole body movements typical of kettlebell exercises are superior to machines that isolate muscles for improving muscle tone, body composition, and strength. A baking sheet with a wire rack is the secret to fries baked all the way around! # I chopped some white russet potato into slivers, put into a bow, added some @chosenfoods avo spray, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika, and then baked at 425F for roughly 40 minutes! Theses puppies came out DIVINE. # As always fries are ok on your #whole30 ONLY AS LONG as they are baked or air fried. MACRONUTRIENTES🍞🍖🥑 Como muchos ya saben mi método para lograr los objetivos que tengo es contar macros asi que para los que no tienen idea de que es aqui se los explico😋👌 ¿QUÉ SON? 🚨 Como su nombre lo dice son un grupo de alimentos importantisimos para que el cuerpo funcione de la mejor manera💪 se dividen en 3: 1️⃣CARBOHIDRATOS🍞: nos dan energía (estan en la fruta, cereales, vegetales, tuberculos, etc) 2️⃣PROTEÍNAS🍖🍗🥚 : ayudan a consturir masa muscular,organos, piel, etcc/controlar el apetito/producir hormonas (estan en la carne, huevos, etc) 3️⃣GRASAS: 🥑🥜(ojo 👁 las buenas) ayudan a absorber vitaminas, hacer funcionar órganos, producor hormonas, etc. (estan en los frutos secos, palta, pescados, etc) Ahora, cada cuerpo es un mundo 🌏 y necesita diferentes cantidades de estos alimentos, no se trata solo de contar 'calorias', sino de nutrir tu cuerpo con las porciones de nutrientes que necesita. My little boy is growing up so fast! As he gets older I see him mirroring my actions more and more. He helps me to stay on track mentally and physically. Children live what they learn! A few healthy practices I do more: 👶🏽Put the phone down! 👶🏽Read in front of him. 👶🏽Exercise in front him (I love going to the gym but he loves seeing me workout with bands and doing squats!) 👶🏽Drink more water. Little eyes are always watching!👀

This is becoming one of my favorite biceps exercises. Alternate three kinds of curls: First Curl: Slightly inwards (as if you’re bringing the dumbbells together) Second Curl: Regular Curl Third Curl: Going outwards, arms forming a V from your body Do about 6-8 reps of each curl then drop to a lower weight, and do reps until failure. You can also see me doing hammer curls here but doing regular grip curls are good too! Here’s a great variation of standing cable flys you can do on your next chest day. Alternate slow reps with regular reps as you see me doing, then after about 16-20 total reps switch to a lower weight then do another 16-20 reps. If you feel up to it, do one last set of 10-16 reps using an even lighter weight. Repeat the circuit 3 to 5 more times!
