2 hour+ session;
Chest - bench, cables pulls (decline + incline) & machine chest press
Arms - tricep rope press downs, bicep curls + push-ups
Upper back - rear delt rope pulls
Abs - air shredders & round-the-worlds
Legs - calf raises & leg press
Cardio - half mile sprint incline.
My eating habits are a bit wushu washy, (usually eating 1 meal a day due to my working/sleeping habits or having 2 meals within a 4 hour time period) so super results won’t materialise for a good minute but the muscles are beginning to remember! 💪🏾

Hip thrusting is gaining popularity in the exercise world so I thought I would talk about why hip thrusts will make you strong as hell. You have probably seen many videos of athletes and models doing these..... Benefits:
1.) Improves glute strength without a ton of help from quads and hamstrings
2.) Improves glute aesthetics (higher, rounder, firmer booty)
3.) Improves performance in athletes, particularly runners.
4.) Reduces overall injury, as a stronger glutes takes pressure off the lower back.
This is an exercise that can be done at home with just body weight. No need to have a gym :)

Woke up from my nap salivating over this healthy take on spinach artichoke bake I copied from @fitlicity. She said the photo isn’t the prettiest but the taste is on point and let’s just say I’d have to agree with the taste and toot my own photography horn. This baby was delicious, unique, full of flavor and veggies. Kinda sad I only have 3 servings left ... now to learn about overactive bladders!
